Place was very spacious and clean. The neighbors were friendly but also didn’t bother you. They provided literally everything you’d need at a home. Definitely would stay again.

I have a laundry list of items that were wrong with the house itself and with the stay all together. Alarm going off for 45 min without a response from owners on how to disarm The floor is covered in dust, the refrigerator leaking, every single washcloth and towel in the house was dirty and stained, lightbulbs out in the bathroom, Random people showing up unannounced and without warning to “fix” a shutter, no dish soap laundry detergent only one trash bag, A half roll of paper towels and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom all to last 4 women A four day weekend stay. After reading through the rulebook completely upon our arrival, and a list of rules that are not disclosed on the website before booking, we had to take a trip to the local grocery store to stock the house with basic needs for the weekend including but not limited to dish soap laundry detergent trashbags cups and plates and towels as we were terrified to use any of the dishes in the cabinet after seeing the itemized charges for an accidental break. There was no clear direction on where to leave the trash and there was also a rule that additional visitors would be charged even though we had mentioned we were coming into town for a funeral which opened the possibility for family members to want to come and visit us while we were in town. Uncomfortable is an understatement as none of these rules were disclosed prior to and there is also advisement of 24/7 surveillance but no mention of where cameras are located i.e. inside or outside. I don’t even want to get into the neighborhood/ location nor the fact that “only wine” was acceptable as an adult beverage. As this being my first experience with VRBO I am completely disappointed and I hope this review will help save someone else from going through this experience. Well trying to grieve the loss of A family member, we now felt like we were going to be walking on eggshells throughout our trip in a place that we were supposed to be calling “home for the weekend”. As there are directions to not break or stain anything in the house, we couldn’t even cook and feel comfortable doing so, but it’s not like we would be able to without having to also stock the kitchen with simple spices. I am incredibly put out by this stay as it Should have been the least of my worries while traveling out of state and across the country to attend a funeral.

This rental home was more than amazing it had everything you could possibly need I will definitely be renting this home on my next visit in Georgia
