Pet friendly and great place to stay

Great place! You can’t beat the location if you have a boat and are fishing. The harbor store across the street is perfect if you have forgotten something and need to pick it up there. We will definitely be back.

The place was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Boat slips were very adequate and handy. Will look to go back in the future

Easy boat access and a great place to stay

Property was nice and love the convenience to water. Having the extra room to remove waders from coming in from the water was nice instead of taking through the house. Plan to be back for sure

Four of us stayed at the home for a fishing trip and very much enjoyed ourselves. The fishing wasn’t as great bc of weather but the house was nice. It’s not a huge house but did fit 4 of us comfortably. The deck was a plus and nice to sit on and relax at night. Kitchen is fully set up for cooking. The boat dock was ok. There are some slats that are coming loose that are an accident waiting to happen. I couldn’t find a hammer and nails at the house otherwise I’d have fixed the slats. Also the yard needs some maintenance with overgrown plants. But those are the only two things we would say that would be questionable. Communications with the property manager was awesome! They helped us out and made the check-in/out really easy. I would stay again if I were to come back to Port Mansfield.

I felt as though the house was in need of a good cleaning and definitely some TLC. The dock is unsafe and in need of repair. The deep freeze down stairs doesn’t work. The garage toilet has electrical tape holding the lid together. The threshold on the double door at the back of the garage is broken and a trip hazard. The A/C will not cool the bedrooms at night. There is a strong smell of mold in the house. There is other peoples trash in the backyard. The exterior of the house visibly looks bad due to the mold growing on the siding.

You called it a 2 bathroom but the one bathroom was downstairs in the garage. The AC filter was so dirty that it flooded the floor The rail on the left on the deck is dangerously loose. Mold in the upstairs shower
