The Space:

Welcome to Serenity at Tahoe Donner, a cozy, mountain-style home where tranquility meets adventure. Nestled in the heart of Tahoe Donner, this private retreat accommodates upto eight guests and offers easy access to North Lake Tahoe’s best attractions.



Step inside and your jaw will drop as you take in the grand living room—an open, airy space with soaring ceilings and stunning views of the surrounding forest. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, while the stone gas fireplace creates a perfect spot for relaxing evenings after a day of adventure. Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, forest views, and peaceful quiet all around.



On the second floor, a bonus room offers additional living space with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights, games, or curling up with a good book.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker for the perfect morning start. Gather at the large island for casual snacks or enjoy dinner at the dining table for eight, surrounded by forest views through large picture windows.

Located in the peaceful Tahoe Donner community, Serenity at Tahoe Donner is just minutes from year-round attractions and outdoor adventures. Whether you’re here for summer lake days or winter ski trips, you’ll find endless opportunities for recreation, dining, and relaxation.



Truckee is a small town in Northern California that has become a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts because of its access to nearby attractions. Historic downtown Truckee is a 10 min drive where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and historic walking tours. Donner Lake, under a 10 min drive, is a freshwater lake where you can catch some of the biggest trout in the state of California! Northstar Resort is 25 mins away for skiing and snowboarding! There is a short 10 mins drive to get to Safeway where you can use Tesla Supercharger while grocery shopping.



Getting Around:

Truckee is car-friendly with easy highway access to nearby resorts, lakes, and trailheads. Winter travel may require AWD/4WD or chains. Dining, cafés, and grocery options are within a short drive, and local ski resorts are easily reachable.

Guests have access to 6 Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant (STR) passes, which provide entry to select Tahoe Donner HOA amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna), private beach access (summer only), and other HOA facilities.



Access Fees:

HOA amenities require a daily access fee, paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees vary by amenity, age, and season and are not included in your reservation. Full details can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.



2026 STR Tenant Card Blackout Dates



STR Tenant Card access to PRIVATE HOA amenities is unavailable on the following dates:

    Good kitchen, well working fire place, and nice patio. Master bedroom has a second room with a bed and matresses to have many people be able to sleep, but it cannot be a MASTER BEDROOM. Like the dining room with big windows.

    Great location, only wish it had patio furniture and there was no grill. The floors were very sticky and not very clean. Everything else was good.

    Our family of 3 couples and 2 children had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. A spectacular separate dining room and the livingroom to sit by the fire separate from the TV area worked great. One bedroom downstairs with the master bedroom upstairs with the small room for kids. Everyone was comfortable with heat upstairs and down. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again
