Stayed Aug 3, 2024I ended up staying in this apartment for a night, totally unplanned, and wow, I got lucky with a great deal. The place is just awesome. It's designed so well and has such great taste. My kids were obsessed with the funny animal portraits and even argued about who got to sleep under which one. The roof terrace was a super nice surprise—perfect for chilling out after a long trip to Venice. The location is spot on, only 5 minutes from the water bus stop and St. Mark's Square, yet it’s in a quiet area, so we had a peaceful night’s sleep. The apartment itself is really cute and super clean. It’s perfect for four people, but if you’re five or even six, there’s a sofa bed in the living room. We found some cool places to eat nearby, like a local sandwich bar (a must-try for Venetian street food) and a great restaurant on the corner. Anastasia, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us clear instructions on how to get there and awesome tips for dining with kids. This apartment was a pleasant surprise, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Venice.
