Serene Vacation Home with Private HEATED Pool and Park

This house was extremely clean. Rules of house were easy to find and explained well. Hosts were great as far as everything!We would stay again

Communication with the owners was outstanding! Home is lovely and the heated pool was a huge bonus!

Everything was great. The backyard and pool were wonderful. The house was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The homeowners were fantastic to deal with. Very accommodating.

Stayed at this property for 23 nights. Nice house in desirable neighborhood. Very responsive and helpful host. The house had all of the supplies needed for an extended stay, was clean, and its pool was heated constantly to a very comfortable temp. Highly recommend this place.

Nice, clean neighborhood with a spacious house and a heated pool. It is close to the stadium for the Spring Training games. There are a variety of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

This was such a nice house, well furnished and stocked, and the pool was amazing. Many restaurants and shopping close by. The hosts were very responsive to questions and checked in to be sure everything was going well. The house felt like home away from home and would definitely stay here again!

This property was wonderful! The amenities were plentiful. We particularly enjoyed dips in the private, backyard pool each evening after enjoying baseball games at nearby Surprise Stadium. Plenty of eating and shopping places were nearby as well. We would definitely go back if we make future visits to the Surprise area.

Appreciate the honesty in the listing. It says it has a heated pool right in the listing name, and we trusted that to be true and it was, indeed, true. Family trip from IL, so we appreciated the outdoor, heated pool on our stay to AZ. The rest of the house was a great fit for us, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Made a ham in the kitchen one of the days and had everything we needed to do it. Home away from home for us and we appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home.

House was clean and cozy. Much nicer than the pictures show. High ceilings and really spacious rooms. The yard is super cute. Pool was clean and warm. The park is literally on the other side of the wall. Close to anything that may be needed. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms

This is a great property, with comfortable beds, plenty of room for the whole family.My children even swam in the pool at 43 outside, and it was warm enough for them to be able to do so.The communication was amazing, and they were so accommodating and friendlyOne of the best stays we’ve ever had!Thank you

There was plenty of space inside and outside. It was nice having the garage to park. The pool was wonderful and the house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home is furnished well and very clean. Everything works and everything we needed was present. Secure, two car, garage with garage door openers. Blenders Toasters Ovens Home security system Heated pool stove and ovens clothes washer and dryer. What was unexpectedly available was a lot of food that could be used, like cooking spices. The layout of the home also splits the common area away from the bedrooms well; which is great for people that awake and go to bed at differing times, so people aren't bother each other with different sleep habits. Can accommodate more people than the five we had staying there.

Great host with good communication. Great location off the 303 loop close to Costco and grocery stores. Check in and out was seamless. Nice pool and patio area is where we spent most of our time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. This house has everything anyone would need. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have everything you need. The owner's communication was excellent. The home was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

This home is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need or want to use during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, pool is great! My grand children enjoyed it. Communication with the managers is excellent! Definitely will stay again!
