Stayed May 31, 2024It was convenient but there was no hot water in the master bath sinks and one was slow draining. Many light switches were cracked and broken. We had trouble getting into the home and had to have management come and open it.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025The property is in a good location near everything avaliable. The house was clean, included 2 parking places out front, more at the corner. The kitchen needs hot pads & dish sponges otherwise the house was fully stocked towels, extras soaps, etc. There was with room for a family of 7.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We rented this townhouse for a month for my son's surgical residency rotation at Cristiana Care. It was a perfect location and easy to get to and from the hospital. Owner was very responsive with any questions / concerns which we appreciated. Very quiet and close to grocery stores. Even had a Trader Joe's close by!
