Serene Sands Retreat. 6min Walk to the Beach!

This house is beautiful and we enjoyed all the space for our weeklong stay at the beach. It was very clean, the hosts were always available to answer any questions, easy check- in and a quick walk to the beach! The road is very narrow and the driveway is short, so just plan ahead for any larger vehicles. Would recommend this house to anyone visiting the beach!

The house was amazing, very clean and decorated nicely which we appreciated. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard and hot tub, the open concept floor plan and the spacious bedrooms. Some recommendations to improve would be making the parking situation more transparent on the listing. We had 2 oversized vehicles and being in an alley way with 2 cars directly in front of the driveway made getting in and out of the driveway extremely tight and difficult which would be nice to know before booking. We also would have appreciated standard spices being stocked in the house so we didn’t have to buy all needed spices to cook. Some cleaning supplies (ie toilet bowl cleaner and a vacuum) would have also been helpful.

The house was very nice and the spacious for our large group of 10. We were surprised to find beach chairs as we bought our own. Parking was very tight, especially if you have larger cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Serene Sands Retreat!! The house was clean and tidy and stocked with everything we needed! I was especially impressed with the kitchen and large dining area. We cooked several meals at home and the fully stocked kitchen had every utensil we needed! When we were at the house everyone, ages 7 to 70, was comfortable. The ping pong table and hot tub got a lot of use. The walk to the beach was easy and pleasant and there was plenty to do along the boardwalk. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

Very nice and comfortable place in walking distance to beach

The size of the house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. Beautifully renovated with an open kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom suite was even nicer than the pictures can show. The hot tub was a nice feature, too. One of the couches was very uncomfortable, but other than that, just a beautiful and functional space. Check in was great but check out could be improved. To pay a cleaning fee and still be required to wipe out the fridge, put all the dishes away, take out the trash AND be out by 10 am seemed a little excessive. A later check out time (without the $70/hour fee after 10 am) would be very accommodating. Overall, a great stay!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Easy check in, clean and modern house, easy parking and a simple walk to the oceanfront. Plenty of space for two families with kids! Ping pong and hot tub got a lot of use too!

We traveled to the area for a basketball tournament at the Sports complex. This property was perfect to accommodate our families. The location was perfect as was the home. The house was new and very clean! Check in was easy, we just put the code in the door and walked in! We had an excellent trip thanks in large part to the stay in this beautiful home. Thank you!!
