Very nice manager and property
The house was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved having plenty of seating for our entire group and the view from the giant windows was amazing!
Aside from having a problem with getting the front door open, it was perfect. This is a big but cozy house with an awesome view of the river. The big kitchen easily accommodated 5 ladies , and we had a great time putting our meals together. We dined at the Taprock restaurant one night, and the food was delicious. We hope to make this a tradition.
We came to Grants Pass for a wedding and this home was the perfect family base. The home is spacious, well-organized, well-stocked, and clean. Check in was simple and straight-forward. The location is absolutely amazing! The living room with the river view was an instant favorite space in the home. We did not spend much time outdoors, but we could envision what a lovely space it would be to gather in. All in all, a very positive stay!
We really enjoyed staying at the Grants Pass riverhouse. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from amenities. The house was just as we expected, clean, roomy and all accommodations were as advertised. It was wonderful to sit outside and inside and watch the river and see the geese fly by. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there was everything we needed bath and beach towels beds were very comfortable kitchen had all we needed. Very enjoyable space inside and outside. Could use a little bit of landscape care but was absolutely fantastic space on the river’
This house was perfection. Very relaxing watching the river and all the geese. We also seen a racoon and a few squirrels. This area is great for a relaxing getaway. We were only here 3 days but wanted to extend our trip. Hope to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommend this house.
Beautiful home with great views....We enjoyed ourselves and made some family memories.
Our winter holiday was fantastic at this beautiful Grants Pass retreat. Direct river access had nice bird/duck watching in December and would be spectacular for spring/summer fun with a hot tub steps away from the easy to access river to warm yourself up. Don’t pass it up!
Generally this was a great property! We had a couple glitches (door code and hot tub didn’t work), but the property manager was great to work with and did what she could to fix things!
My overall stay was amazing
Nice stay.
We like everything. The house was very clean and comfy. Will try to stay again here. Thank you for all people who prepare the house.
A gorgeous and comfortable home right on the river. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
My sisters and I had a nice stay. Visited several local attractions. Home is slightly less groomed than in the advertising pictures. Yard is overgrown and made access to the river difficult. Tall undergrowth needs to be cut down. We also dealt with ants on a daily basis even though no food was left out. Spray was located under the sink which was only a temporary help. Beds were comfortable and well supplied. Home is located close to stores, food/restaurants and attractions.
Property is close to stores, restaurants and attractions. Beds are comfortable and home is well acquainted.
Great location right on the river but far enough away where the kids were safe. Dog friendly. We will come back.
This is our 2nd year staying in this home and everything was a great as we remembered and this year we brought our fur family as well who were just as happy to be there. Close proximity to everything but on a quiet street. Clean, beautiful views, very responsive property manager. Will definitely be returning.
This is an unassuming property that turns out to be fabulous. The river views are stunning. The house is comfortable. We had a wonderful time.
