Beautiful

The property was clean with plenty of room to host guests in the evening. The views of the mountains and trees were amazing from the top patio, and it's close to the downtown area for entertainment and nightlife. This is definitely a property that I would definitely come back to when in the Grants Pass area. Ian was a great host and communicated with us to ensure we were comfortable. Five Stars For Sure!!!!

This was another property we would definitely go back to. The house was clean and had everything we would need that made it a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and went swimming every day we were there. Thank you Ian for being a great host and making this a memorable trip for my family.

The house was wonderful, lots of room, clean and the hot tub and salt water swimming pool was great! Ian was a great host answered all our questions and concerns quickly. And the bottle of wine waiting for us was a special thank you!

Ian’s home in Grants Pass exceeded all our expectations. It was very tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need to have an amazing stay in Grants Pass. But what really sets his home apart is the backyard area consisting of a large deck with a hit in and then a lower level with a pool and covered outdoor sitting area for relaxing. Ian was also very responses to all our inquires and checked with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. All-in-all it was the perfect place for us. A 10/10 for sure!

The place is amazing....The host thought of everything!!! didn't even need to use my hot hair tools, they have them ready for the guest. Didn't even plan to cook since most rental houses are like hotels, youl have to buy everything but not this place, they have everything that you need to make a quick meal to enjoy with your family. It truly felt like home but what real made me feel so great is their beds such a comfortable bed, every-day I woke up with so much energy, I felt so good... my husband and I realize we need new beds at our home.???. If we ever visit this location again we'll definetly book this place. Thank you again for making us feel like home.

My friends & I had a wonderful time! The host was easy to work with & eager to please! My only complaint would be not enough paper products & garbage bags. (Ian was happy to send his cleaning crew over to help with this problem) so all in all no complaints from us!

We were looking for a place where we could do nothing but relax and this place delivered. We sat by the pool, ordered DoorDash, read books and enjoyed time with our friends. The hosts have thought of everything to make you comfortable and feel at home. The home is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the hosts instructions are clear (i appreciate that). We would definitely love to make this an annual trip!

This house had it all for our family’s stay, the pool, beautiful backyard and all the amenities we could possibly need. Ian was so easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly. The only bummer was cleaning was still happening at check-in and the top floor hadn’t been cleaned/mopped or trash picked up that was lying around but I believe it was due to rushing so we could checkin.

We got to enjoy Grants Pass to celebrate my nieces wedding. The home was amazing, location, ideal, and the backyard was serene and perfect. The house was clean and having the communal pantry was a nice touch, along with all the extras and above.

The Hawthorne house was great! 4 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room for more people. The pool was a bonus that we definitely needed due to the hot weather. I would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

We were in town for a wedding. The house is nice. It's conveniently located. The neighborhood was average. Would recommend.

Stayed during a driving tour of the PNW, great jumping off place for Redwoods and Crater Lake. Wonderfully stocked, hosts thought of everything.

Clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed every moment. We all loved the comfortable beds and sleeping in, leaving behind the structure of normal everyday life. My favorite part was the sunshine and the pool. And I always must make a Saturday visit to the growers market when I am in town.

The house was perfect for our stay! Close to town, comfortable gathering spaces, and lovely outside area. Thank you for hosting us!
