Serene Retreat Nestled in the pines- private & relaxing; Microweddings; Reunions

Great stay in Colorado Springs. The house was warm and welcoming. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Wonderful location- close to the city but in beautiful, serene setting. We really appreciated the toys (race track) for the toddler. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. Great communication! We would definitely stay here again.

Host was very accommodating, house had everything needed for our family reunion. Our teenage kids loved the entertainment area downstairs with the pool table and ping pong. If you're looking for a getaway from the daily city life this is exactly what it advertises - serene and relaxing. Highly recommend.

This home was absolutely beautiful! My son was married at 1C barn across the road. It was so wonderful to have a place for family and friends to stay so close to the venue of the wedding. I highly recommend staying here for a family reunion.

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the house very much. It was large enough for the group to spread out or gather together when we wanted. We would definitely recommend the place.

We found the house to be spacious, particularly the kitchen, and easily able to accommodate our family. A perfect location and amenities. We came for a 75th birthday in the family and made it a micro-reunion. The house offered everything and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended!!

This is an outstanding property with endless space. Plenty of privacy with rolling rural views. Fully equipped from the kitchen to the game room. Our double digit family spread out and enjoyed every minute. It is a short drive to dining or supplies. There are endless activities within 40 to 60 minutes of the property. A definite 5 star in my opinion.

Wonderful location - plenty of room for families with different aged children. Kitchen easy for family dinners. Kids excited to see a fox, bear, and deer. Lots of room for baseball and tag games outside.

The house is stunning and very clean! Close to everything you could need and within 30 minutes of most places! But the house got extremely hot during some of the days due to no air conditioning. We brought 3 industrial fans with us and that wasn’t enough to cool the whole house. The basement TV wouldn’t connect even after the wifi was changed. There were not enough towels for the number of people allowed to stay at the house. Things to consider for next guest providing more fans, more towels, more toilet paper, and making the check out list shorter. The check out list was a bit overwhelming on the last day just because of the size of the house. The house is so beautiful and Alyce was very responsive and kind. Overall a nice place just a few changes would make it a perfect summer get away!

The house is beautiful with many unique a d beautiful features. Plenty of room for folks of all ages. We enjoyed the deck and game room. Owner is most accommodating and helpful.

What a Great trip and Great property. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the quiet relaxing property. Off the beaten path and away from town, lights and noise. The pool table was used extensively and we had MORE than enough room to spread out. Thank you for a GREAT trip!

My husband and I had our family stay with us celebrating our wedding. It was a wonderful stay that everyone more than enjoyed. The host was amazing in communicating. Would highly recommend!

Loved the location. Directions are a bit fun to get to the correct turn in, but that added to the secluded aspects the family loved. The temperature was very hot, especially the last full day. The house had thermostats but we never found an actual a/c. Would recommend host add more fan options. Overall, for the 17 of us that stayed in the house, we would do it again (at least in a cooler season).

This was our first year where we have given up on getting together for Christmas due to the hassle and expense of traveling during the holidays. 5 of our 6 adult children, their spouses, two infants and one dog all were able to attend and it wa just the best time! We cooked, hiked, went to the zoo, played board games and just hung out! We were a total of 10 adults plus kids and dog. Plenty of room for all and more of everyone could have come. Communication with the host was seemless and all of our needs were met. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute perfect spot for our family which was attending the graduation of our preppie. Property manager Was absolutely remarkable With working with us Very responsive. The house was very large and accommodating for our Large family. Plenty of room for everyone does not feel stacked on top of each other. Definitely will book again in four years for the next graduation.
