We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

Potential for noise: We generally don't have noise complaints, and being a downstairs unit there potential for hearing some neighbors.
