Stayed Jun 6, 2025The property was ok overall. There are a few things that need taking care of. We couldn't sit on the patio. The area was pretty dirty and there was a tree limb that was broken and hanging over the patio fence. The master bathroom shower head needs adjusting, because water sprays out of the front and back of it. Finally, the view of the lake was a bit misleading, as you had to see it slightly off the front porch. We did have a good time in Hot Springs.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We drove from Arizona to spend 5 days at this location. It was well worth the drive. It is clean, cozy, and private. Everything we needed was there. The owner corresponds rapidly and often when questions are asked. We had our Bernedoodle with us and he felt at home immediately. We would come back often if we lived closer. Loved the quiet morning walks near the lake.
