Serene Oceanfront, Hot Tub, WiFi, Arcade, Fireplaces. True Million Dollar Views!

5 large bedrooms, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and was updated and clean. Hot tub was clean. You are not able to get to the beach from the backyard as it appears in the picture. Need to walk down 9 houses to a walkthrough. Wear and tear on house is normal for the coast and rental. Communication with hosts was excellent.

My group and I came to the beach this weekend to celebrate a birthday. We loved this home, it was perfect for our big group size. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The communication between the property owner and I was superb. The ladies in the group is already planning a return trip to this location. We also got to see 3 deers (not on the property) but around the corner as you are driving towards the casino, that was a beautiful sight to see. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a game room and I thoroughly enjoyed playing Pac-man. Kudos to the owners for having two refrigerators and two big dining tables it was needed for our group. All in all we had a blast being at this property.

The house was stocked with plenty of household items and the host was great. They responded within minutes to our requests/inquiries and was helpful.

We have dogs and appreciate the availability of a back yard and all the things to make our dogs comfortable. The hot tub was great too!

Beside the most beautiful ocean/beach view, the house was a home. Thank you for a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. This was a vacation made an event for my family.

We spent 2 nights in this lovely house!!! Great ocean view, great decks to relax on. We hang out with friends and family to celebrate my husband's 55th birthday!!!

The living room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean and well stocked. Host replied quickly to my questions. Perfect beach getaway.

It was fun but the entry rug you almost fell over cause it was so wrinkly

The home was beautiful, with a fantastic layout and spaciousness. The 2 refrigerators were a very welcome bonus! Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative thing was the downstairs bedroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor, and I worried about my 9 month old grandson sleeping there for 7 nights. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again!

This is our 2nd stay at the Whitecaps for a family gathering. It's perfect for our group -- we'll be back!

We all had a great time! The house was plenty big enough for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed the arcades, and the hot tub was a hit for us all. Best view we have ever seen of the ocean.

We loved our stay at Whitecaps! Our group was 10 adults and this property fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was a little tight for those of us who love cooking together, but the decks, hot tub and incredible views made up for that small issue. The beds were comfy and we loved falling asleep listening to the crashing waves. There was plenty of comfy seating in the both the common areas and dining room to accommodate our group for meals, games and just hanging out. The owners were over the top helpful and answered questions quickly, making sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% choose this property again! Thank y'all for helping make our family vacation so memorable!

Beach access was close, had all necessary amenities, and hosts were so friendly and helpful. No complaints!!

Whitecaps is a comfortable Oregon Coast property with the MOST amazing ocean view! Our group of 11 ladies loved the hot-tub and spacious rooms. The walk to the beach could be a barrier for some, but it only takes about 5-10 minutes for the able-bodied. The house? It's quirky and a little run-down, but that's typical for the price in this area. The kitchen is quite tight for any more than 2 people to work in at a time. The huge deck and Adirondack chairs are good to have, but like everything on the windy coast, they get quickly coated in dirt and need spraying down regularly (like the windows!) Luckily there's a hose.

We enjoyed a great celebration at the Whitecaps Home. The ocean views from the home was stunning. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoy many activities.

The house worked out great for our family. The location was perfect! Easy to walk to the beach and close access to everything.The view is marvelous, overlooking the beach and hearing the waves help us all unwind for the weekend.

The location is perfect and the house is very roomy and comfortable. The property manager was very prompt in assisting us with a question. The hot tub was wonderful.We hope to return.

The house was everything we needed. Clean and beautiful with magnificent views of the ocean. So much space for the family and fully equipped. We would love to rent it again.

Overall, house was great. Great views, rooms are spacious clean 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen is small but everything works. Love having two refrigerators available for all the food everyone brings. Hot tub was great and well maintained.

I’ve stayed in many houses in Lincoln city and this was by far my favorite. My group loved the spaciousness, the majestic views of the coastline and beautiful sunsets. There was plenty of room to hang out, eat meals together and even put a couple puzzles together. We have a large group of 16 adults and this is the first house that had two refrigerator to accommodate all of our food

Our stay was amazing for the entire family. 15 of us in total. This was our first time in this home and as a family we have decided we will be back! Everyone enjoyed the incredible views, playing games, and walking on the beach. Each family had their own suite which makes it perfect

Great place to stay. Plenty of room. Kitchen was a little tight for are group. View was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of activities.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Everything was as described. Probably the only small knock was the beds weren’t very comfortable but fine for a couple of nights. We made large family meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed.

Our church's women's retreat loves this house! This year 13 of us attended. The Living room is the perfect size for us to all sit together and do our Bible study sessions, and the sleeping arrangements fit us all easily. The views are great from almost every part of the house.

Incredible views, spacious , large bedrooms ! We really enjoyed staying at this large home, best part was the large ocean front deck with plenty of chairs and completely fenced so our two dogs could hang with us outside and be safe and secure. Hot tub was clean and nice and hot . We went crabbing in Siletz Bay so it was super handy having two refrigerators which we managed to fill up even though we only had snacks and breakfast at the house. Only negative was the cranky neighbor to the north who yelled at us for letting our dogs bark at another dog that they heard barking down on the beach when we first arrived in the first hour we were there. So we had to shush our dogs for the next four days if they even made a peep but luckily they are not normally very barky dogs anyway. Other than that we highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again .

The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the house - each couple had privacy and the common spaces served us well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was a Dad's and kid's weekend. Two adults, six kids from 7 - 21 (still a kid to me). There was lots of room for us to spread out, play games, hot tub, and the like. Two masters is great if you are traveling with another family. The views and the beach were really great. A little walk to beach access but that was called out in the listing and expected. The game room was really fun and the kids had a blast in there.

Property manaver reaponded go issue and fast resolution.. house is a favorite. Second time staying there.

Whitecaps blew us away with amazing ocean views, a truly hot hot-tub, two full refrigerators to accommodate a week’s worth of gourmet meals, plenty of king beds, generous allotments of paper supplies, plenty of parking, and (for the relatively sure-footed) a do-able walk to the sand. Our group of ladies thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are a bunch of vegetarian chefs and foodies, and as such would have liked more serving utensils and silverware, as well as cooling racks, but otherwise we found the tiny kitchen surprisingly workable. (We brought our own knives!) Other minor issues: the living room fireplace wasn’t reliable. A table on the deck would have been nice, but there were loads of deck chairs. The washer and dryer took a little finesse, but hand-written notes helped. Thank you to the owners for a lovely home!
