Around 13 minute drive from Pacific Coast Highway/Duke's Malibu on mountain roads to reach our home. Our neighborhood is gated for extra privacy and security. You can use our code on arrival, and a remote will be supplied for the rest of your trip. Please note the road to reach the house is steep and windy. Best to arrive for the first time during the daylight if possible for easier navigation.

INFO ABOUT PETS: Dogs only, must be pre-approved before booking (please provide age, size, breed, etc.) to make sure they're a good fit for our place. There is a $250 pet fee per dog per reservation (applies weekly for bookings of 7 days or longer). Please note no dogs on furniture and dogs cannot be left alone in the house at any time. Please ensure your dogs have trimmed nails before they arrive that will not scratch them.

Photoshoots, filming, or commercial/business activity of any kind must be approved in advance and quoted fees paid.

In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners servicing the property on Tuesdays. Our hot tub tech will also come Mondays briefly to service the hot tub. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events.
Other things to note
No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation without prior authorization.

The gardener typically comes on Thursdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.) and hot tub tech comes on Mondays. Trash pickup is on Fridays.


Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
