Summary:

An elevated mountain escape designed for gathering, this 7-bedroom retreat sleeps 22 without ever feeling crowded. Wake to treetop views, spend days exploring Asheville just minutes away, and end nights under the stars in your private hot tub. With multiple living spaces, a game room, and expansive decks, this home blends luxury, comfort, and connection—perfect for family trips, group getaways, and unforgettable mountain weekends.

The Space:

There’s something different about a home built for everyone.

Not just enough beds—but enough space to actually be together.

Mornings begin slowly here. Light filters through the trees as coffee brews in a kitchen that invites people to gather, not scatter. Someone claims a quiet corner of the deck, wrapped in a blanket. Someone else is already planning the day—hiking, breweries, or a quick drive into Asheville.

And then, the in-between moments.

A game of pool that turns competitive. A movie night that pulls everyone into the same room. Conversations that stretch longer than expected because no one feels rushed to leave.

Step outside, and the mountains take over.

Layered treetop views surround you from every angle—best enjoyed with dinner on the deck, something on the grill, and nowhere else to be. As the sun fades, the hot tub becomes the place everyone ends up—warm, quiet, and just far enough removed from everything else.

This is what mountain trips are supposed to feel like:

Easy. Spacious. Shared.

And at the end of the night, everyone has a place to land—comfortably. Designed with groups in mind, each level of the home offers its own sleeping spaces—giving everyone room to spread out while still staying connected.

Main Floor

- Bedroom 1 — Easy Access Retreat

A comfortable queen bedroom just steps from the main living areas—ideal for guests who prefer minimal stairs

- Bedroom 2 — Cozy Corner Room

A double bed tucked into a quiet space, perfect for solo travelers or couples who enjoy a more private feel.

Upstairs Level

- Bedroom 3 — The Flexible Family Suite

A king bed paired with a trundle bed (two twin beds) makes this room a favorite for families—plenty of space without sacrificing comfort.

- Bedroom 4 — The Shared Escape

Two double beds create an easy, comfortable setup for friends or siblings traveling together.

- Bedroom 5 — The Quiet Queen

A peaceful queen bedroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

- Bedroom 6 — The Bunk Alternative

A queen bed plus two twin beds offers a versatile layout—great for kids, cousins, or a mix of adults and little ones.

Downstairs Level

- Bedroom 7 — The Late-Night Lounge

A queen bunk bed makes this the perfect space for night owls, teens, or a second family to settle in after a full day of fun.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including all indoor living spaces, decks, hot tub, and garage. Entry is seamless via smart lock, and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth, contactless experience.

The Neighborhood:

Just minutes away, downtown Weaverville offers a slower, more charming alternative to Asheville. Think local galleries, cozy cafés, and small-town streets that invite you to wander.

You’re perfectly positioned for outdoor adventure—quick access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, scenic hikes, and some of the most iconic mountain views in North Carolina.

When you’re ready for energy, Asheville delivers—award-winning restaurants, breweries, live music, and the iconic Biltmore Estate all just a short drive away.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home is easily accessible, with parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and garage. Rideshare options are available, though less consistent than in larger metro areas.

Other Things to Note:

Free Wi-Fi and private laundry facilities are provided. This property is also air-conditioned.

Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.

We welcome your furry friends! A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies.

Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.

This is the best vacation rental I ever had in recent times. It is huge with lot of bed rooms and beds to hangout. Basement is lovely and had multiple living spaces. If you need to stay near Asheville, this is the place. Beds, couch and kitchen equipment, everything is there..

The house was perfect for our large group. Three of our families have babies and we were all able to stay upstairs while other friends slept on the man floor or basement. It was great for naps and overnights so that all of us adults could still hangout without concern of our volume.

Welcoming and super responsive host, lovely home with plenty of space for our group, close enough to Asheville downtown, quiet setting in a residential neighborhood. We’d definitely come back!

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had! First of all, the location is great. The neighborhood is right next to the town of Weaverville, so we could easily find groceries, coffee shops, and places to eat. It’s also a quick drive to downtown Asheville. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and easy to drive to (no steep drives up the mountain). The house is roomy, with plenty of beds and bedrooms so no one had to sleep on a couch or in a common area (we had 13 people in our group, and there was room for more if other people were willing to share a bed). We liked that there were lots of bedrooms, so people who wanted to go to sleep earlier could do so without being disturbed by the noise in the common rooms. We were very comfortable, with lots of room to hang out and play board games in the living rooms or at the kitchen table. And having a hot tub in the cold weather is always a great perk!

Negatives: run by property management company, that required additional waiver and required submission of personal information through app outside of VRBO. Had to call VRBO and look up information on external app to make sure it was a secure system and not scam. Costly to request 1 hour late checkout. Also, details like outdoor furniture on back deck was missing cushions (found in a closet with moldy stained or missing covers), cloudy hot tub water.

The house was at a great location. Not far from Asheville, Black Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The rooms were all very clean and we had plenty of room. Loved the neighborhood; it was quiet and close to Weaverville. We spent one afternoon downtown visiting all the unique shops. All of us had to stop at Well Bred to enjoy some delicious sweets. Would highly recommend this place!

This was a great fit for our extended family ( 11 people age 7 - 70 ). Had plenty of bedrooms, 1 more than we needed and plenty of bathrooms. We also liked the large table that held all of us. The younger adults loved the pool table and hot tub. It’s in a beautiful area, quiet street and we loved the wildlife (young turkey & deer families) in the neighborhood. Weaverville is a beautiful town and has a cute shopping area with unique shops, and food options as well as the usual chains at the edge of town. Communication with the host was easy. Overall, it was a great stay.

My extended family stayed here for our yearly family vacation and we had a great time! The house is within walking distance to Weaverville’s quaint downtown, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the house itself was clean, tastefully furnished, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The hosts were extremely responsive, even over a holiday weekend, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. (At one point we couldn’t find a blender, so they had one delivered! On a holiday, no less!)There were a few issues with the house itself, (a bathroom door that wouldn’t latch, inadequate lighting on the back porch and patio, the oven had temp issues, the playground set had some safety hazards), but the hosts were unaware of these prior to our reporting them, and assured us that they would see to them. Based on their attentiveness to our concerns, I have every confidence that they will! They are excellent hosts and this property ended up being a great choice for our family!

Property was perfect for us. Clean, comfy, a perfect walk into town—we hardly used our cars—great kitchen, glorious backyard that all our kids (and a couple of adults) made ample use of. A jacuzzi. The hosts super responsive. I could rave on, but if you have an outdoorsy family like ours, it will be perfect for you, too.

This home was perfect for our 3 families plus grandpa traveling to visit family in Weaverville. The property was as described, clean and furnished with all amenities you would need. The 2 washer/dryers were a great feature with multiple families! The 2 main level bedrooms were great for those in our party with mobility issues. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Was quick to respond to any issues throughout our stay. Would stay here again next time we visit!

This property was INCREDIBLE. It was close by to downtown Weaverville and my wedding venue which made getting to and from very easy. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean. My friends and I want to rent this house every year to have a reunion going forward. The owners were very nice, easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions along the way. Each room was unique and beautifully decorated. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Great place with lots of space for our large family reunion. The home was clean, was tastefully furnished, and the beds were comfortable. We had a toddler and babies along and happy that a crib and high chair were available, along with a basket of toys.

We had 12 people ranging in age from 11 to 78. Everyone was quite comfortable with plenty of options for sleeping. It was the perfect location for us as it was situated between the Asheville airport and the venue for the wedding we were attending in Hot Springs.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I came with my ultimate Frisbee team for a tournament in Asheville, and we were floored by how amazing the stay was!! Great beds, nice couches, awesome communal space for us all to hang out, great big nice table for team dinners, hot tub was awesome, and the backyard is to die for. So many bed options and so much space, and everything! Is! So! Nice! This is not one of those cheap-o, crappy beds, things-look-nice-but-don't-work type of places. It was genuinely so nice. Loved it. What a gem, will definitely be returning

This property is clean and is a good option for families. Host was responsive. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc to cook a variety of meals. Plenty of cups and dishes. Plenty of large garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The supplies that ran out were small garbage bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. A few things to be aware of for families... The laminate flooring is very noisy between floors even just with regular footsteps, much less with kids running around. There is no baby gate for the stairs. There are no kids cups, dishes, or utensils. There are desks in several rooms so if you need to work remotely there are several places to set up. The curtains in most of the bedrooms are not thick enough to block the light, which can be tough for getting little ones to bed. My suggestion to the host would be to put an actual crib in the small room upstairs to accommodate kids that are too big to sleep in the pack n play. Otherwise, everything was great!
