The location of this property was great! I could be downtown or at the beach in 10 minutes by car. Under 10 minutes to Trader Joe’s, and other grocery stores. Just down the street was a very nice shopping area with movie theater, restaurants, Starbucks, hair salon, tea shop and many other shops. The gated community gave me a safe feeling being alone and the neighborhood is quiet and most yards are nicely cared for.The property had everything to make a meal, coffee and filters. I was very comfortable and felt at home.I look forward to going again next year!!

This property is clean and worked for what we needed with the exception of the garage which is very small so if you have a standard truck, it will not fit.

This was the perfect home away from home for our group in town for a competition. The layout was great and the kitchen was nicely supplied with pans that cooking utensils. Our only note is that the shower nozzles need maintenance so the pressure is better than a trickle.

Three couples stayed here for a wedding. The property was clean and well maintained. The house was super cozy and nice. Short drive to downtown and check in and check out was easy. Would totally recommend staying here again.

Family really enjoyed this gorgeous property. It was very well appointed and clean. Kitchen had ample cooking items if you choose to make a meal. Location is perfect and close to walking trails and park. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Kevin for all your help.

Very nice home. Host went above and beyond

This home was very comfortable for our family needs. It was clean, nicely appointed, conveniently located. The two bedrooms upstairs with a bath and the one king bedroom downstairs with bath created a perfect separation for family and kids. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to host rep Kevan who was very responsive.

I would like to give a 5 star, but this home does have some maintenance issues. Nothing big. Just annoying. Loose toilet paper holders, dead batteries in fireplace remote, outside garage door entry code panel wouldn’t work, garage door wouldn’t close all the way (we had to unhook and then hook up again), barn door hardware loose in kitchen area, lights flickering bad in master bath until we dimmed it some. Supply issues were no hand towel in quest bath and no extra ones to put there. No kleenex in master bath or bath upstairs. We went to store and bought some. Not enough wash cloths for 5 people. We did get a fairly quick response on the supply issues. We were too busy to deal with the other maintenance issues. Hopefully, they will fix these things soon.
