Serene Detached Glass Studio—Common Areas with Iconic LA Skyline Views

The view was amazing ! Accomodations simple and clean ,very minimum. I would make a few suggestions; Stir sticks for coffee Washcloths A few rugs Thin waffle bathrobes Wanted to use the pool only disappointing issue I cannot wait to visit again in as we visit CA regularly.

Unfortunately, the property was in such bad condition I could not stay the night, and left merely 2 hours after checking in. There were strange goopy stains on the bathroom floor, mold growing on the artwork in the bathroom, the best was broken and sunken in in the middle, the ceiling was falling in some spots, and it smelled strongly of cheap cleaning products. The wifi did not work, and there were people walking throughout the property the entire time, and the pool was not private, there were people filming all around the pool at 5pm. The gate did not properly lock or close, and I felt unsafe during my brief visit.

The view was incredible. The only changes I’d consider is adding a full length mirror on the back of bedroom door and a real bed. The bed was horrible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning property hosted by Felix, and I can't recommend it enough! The place was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all my expectations—and the views are stunning.Felix was an incredible host—super nice, helpful, and always responsive. Whatever we needed, he was there to assist us. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a great experience truly stood out.I'm already planning my next stay here next month! If you're considering this property, don't hesitate—it's a gem!

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful house! The view of LA from the patios is absolutely stunning and the location is perfectly close to the iconic Sunset Blvd. I enjoyed my trip and the host is very welcoming!

Beautiful place with a great view! Host was great with communication and helped us whenever we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.
