Stayed Jul 16, 2025Over all a really great place to stay. It’s just close enough to everything that you don’t have to drive forever but far enough to where it’s not overwhelming. Host was wonderful with answering any questions or issues that came to. The only thing that didn’t make it a full 5 star is the house not being a deep clean. There were empty cans in storage boxes in the basement and hair in one of the showers. It was an easy clean but not something you want when you are on vacation. Other than a little more cleaning, really great home and would 10000% stay again.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025We had multiple issues with this property as detailed below. 1) The house was not cleanWe saw the prior review and needed to stay in this location with multiple families as we were in town for a funeral. We asked the property managers to ensure that the house was clean for an infant, toddler, and person with an auto immune disorder. They responded saying that they clean after each guest. This was a lie. Our request was not respected. There were stains below the fridge, dust everywhere. When I spilled water and cleaned it up with a paper towel, the kitchen floor was black. 2) Communication was poorWe came straight from the airport to check in. We were given one of the two codes needed to enter the house. We had to call the property managers to get the other code. The two keypads are different brands and require a different set of instructions to enter, none of which were given. 3) The house is not maintained. There was NO HAND SOAP in this house. Seriously? Not enough toilet paper either. One trash can for the entire house and none in the bathrooms. Two fire alarms had low battery and beeped the first night we stayed. The outdoor keypad had low battery and was unreliable to use. We had no trust in the cleanliness of the place to let a toddler and baby roam around. There were physical hazards, including no cover on the fireplace, floorboard popping up, etc. There is a clear lack of care and upkeep of this property. Do not waste your time or your money.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Overall the home was charming and in a nice location with a large driveway, which was a bonus for us. Outside- several chairs around the firepit had been broken and the messy patio furniture and rug under the pergola didn't leave a good first impression. Inside, the same impression flowed into the house. The home was dusty and hadn't been vacuumed, the bathrooms hadn't been mopped and thoroughly cleaned. We noticed the spare sheets were wadded up and shoved in the drawers. The refrigerator was also broken and fluid leaked on the floor. We spoke with the host about this and I think an attempt was made to get maintenance out, but it was not fixed during our stay. The amenities showed a ping-pong and foosball in the garage but the entrance was locked and couldn't be accessed.
