Stayed Jan 16, 2026This is a really lovely, well-kept house. The layout is wonderful, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out, while also having ample room for spending time all together. There is so much attention to detail (like delicious treats for us on the dining table!), well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of comfortable seating. The host was so nice and extremely responsive each time I reached out. We loved this house and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Essentially Ana was the best host I have had. House was clean, nice and in a perfect location. We thought we had an issue with the grill (a self imposed error) and the next day there was a new grill in the backyard. They (Ana and her husband) went above and beyond. Every host on VRBO should take notes from them....

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Our group of 3 couples stayed at the Swell House for a trip to Tanglewood. This house is perfectly located for Tanglewood and other area attractions. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and peaceful backyard.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The home is very conveniently located in Stockbridge and all the main sites. It is very spacious, with plenty of seating for a large group. The yard is enormous and scenic, and there is a pathway down to a rapidly moving stream, with chairs and a small table. Wonderful books are available in most of the rooms.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We loved our time staying here! It accommodated all eight of us easily, and had plenty of parking. The drive to Butternut Ski Resort was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!
