Serene 4-bedroom house with AC in charming Scottsdale

Most communication with the host was ok, but when I texted to see if the host knew when the cleaners would be done to see if we could get in early, we did not hear back. The key pad was also broken so we were not able to get in the way we were originally told, which thankfully they had a spare key in a lockbox but I feel like we should have known the keypad wouldn’t work. Some of the towels had an off putting smell to them, almost like smoke. The house furnishing were great, comfortable beds, couches

Lovely space, especially the pool area. Rooms were very clean. Great restaurants nearby. Easy to bring in our luggage and to access rooms. The biggest challenges included: air conditioner-our attempt to lessen the extreme cold air was unsuccessful and two bedrooms were extremely cold while the third bedroom was close/stuffy and very warm. It was concerning that there wasn’t a rail into the pool for senior citizens.

House was similar to pictures. Exterior was not cleaned well. Interior was cleaned but had bugs. There was a large dead cockroach in the master bathroom. Contacted owners/rental company and they offered to move us to another house or send pest control so that was helpful. The showers drain extremely slow so there is standing water and your shower and the main bathroom toilet runs nonstop. Other than that, the house and outside area was fun and nice to hang out in. Beds were comfy and clean.

In Scottsdale for a wedding. Back yard is very nice with plenty of seating in the shade. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Definitely the best part of the property. Great for morning coffee. Inside was ok. I didn’t care for the one large combined master/bath room. Also the rolled up edges of several area rugs were tripping hazards for our older family members. Kitchen had what we needed but we didn’t cook there. Location is very nice, near the main roads.

Key pad on door did not work. Took a little while to get a hold of the property owners. Internet wasn’t working but we fixed it ourselves. The hot water in the showers did not last long at all. There were two rugs that some tripped over because they were curling up and didn’t lay flat, not a problem but I could see it being a problem if someone tripped and got hurt. Overall it was clean and comfortable and close to everything. The backyard is the best part of the house. We did not use the pool but it would be great to use for a summer trip. The neighborhood also seemed very safe.

Enjoyed our time at the house, particularly the pool and patio areas! Well appointed, clean property. Comfy beds. Close to downtown Scottsdale.

Beautiful home, would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The rooms are quiet, big and comfortable. The pool area is a blast and the hot tub is a bonus. We played games around the firepit and spent a lot of time outside. Plenty of beach towels and floats. The pool vacuum being left in, was a little tacky. The house needed a little better cleaning, we found a stinky pantry with rotted potatoes and the cupboards had ketchup globs. I understand not wanting glassware because of the pool but we found it annoying to drink nice wine and cocktails out of plastic kitchen cups. The location is awesome and the host was very good at communicating. Check in and check out is a breeze. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Home, great communication with the owners. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Good location! Would definitely stay again!
