Serene 3-bedroom house with AC in Flagstaff close to NAU, downtown AND Snowbowl

Beautiful home remodel in a residential neighborhood with walking paths behind the house. 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and convenient to the other parks and monuments in the area. The outdoor patio was great weather permitting. The living room seating was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The hostess was responsive to any concerns that we had.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Anne was excellent, and check-in was simple and stress-free. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

Great home base for seeing the area-Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, Wupatki National Monument. Home is beautiful. Lots of trails for running, walking, biking.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful and the location was great. I wouldn’t change a thing. Anne was an excellent host and had everything organized perfectly.

Just what my family needed for graduation weekend! The beauty of the home and the peacefulness of the deck, created EXACTLY the atmosphere that I wanted and needed to host family from out of town.

The house was wonderful. New and clean . Check in easy and host was on the phone whenever we needed . The location is prime : 5 min to snow park , 7 min to the main road with stores Definitely would recommend this ))and come back

property was awesome. Super nice back patio large bathrooms. Everything was like brand new and very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Perfectly located on the south side of town just a quick few minutes to Walmart. Thanks Ann. We appreciate it.

The host was welcoming from the very start and replied quickly to any issues or questions that I had about the property. The property was clean, spacious and cozy. Some of the amenities included a grill and washer and dryer. Being able to grill instead of going out was a treat for the family. The property was in a great location - near the interstate and downtown. I would stay here again.
