The home includes:

• Three bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds

• A queen pullout sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests total

• An updated, well-equipped kitchen with quartz counters, newer stainless-steel appliances, cooking basics, and a dining area

• One full bathroom and one half bathroom, plus a bathtub and hair dryer

• Washer, iron, heating, high-speed WiFi, and safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit

• An outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill

Guests must be able to navigate stairs to reach the living area and bedrooms.

To ensure that our home will be suitable for your trip:

- This home is located in a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-8AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted in or on our property.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation. No additional visitors are permitted.
- Guests must be able to navigate stairs up and down to living area and bedrooms.

Recreational activities are easily accessed with endless walking, hiking, biking, skiing, and sightseeing opportunities just outside your door.

You will have private access to your side of this side-by-side duplex, with self check-in via keypad. Free on-site parking is available in the large driveway.

The units are separated by a locking interior door, similar to an adjoining hotel room. It remains locked from both sides, and other guests may occupy the adjoining unit. Each unit has its own exterior area; please use only the exterior space assigned to your unit.

Garage access and guest garage parking are not permitted for stays under 30 days. The host or maintenance team may need to enter the garage for maintenance during your stay and will notify you in advance.
