Serena sul Mare is a delightful detached house located on Calabria's beautiful Tyrrhenian coast in Capo Vaticano, in the picturesque bay of Santa Maria, just a few kilometers from magical Tropea. This beachfront vacation home can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.

Built in the 1970s and recently renovated with Vietri ceramics and terracotta, Serena Sul Mare offers privacy and comfort in a simple yet welcoming setting. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright living room with a fireplace and a sofa that converts to an extra single bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher and is perfect for preparing delicious meals together. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has an adjoining space with a single bed, ideal for a child. The true gem of Serena Sul Mare is its spacious 250 m² porch, furnished to offer wonderful moments of relaxation and a breathtaking sea view. A convenient private parking area completes the package, making the house even more accessible.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room.

This oasis is perfect for families with children, with the beach below easily accessible via a private road just steps away. During low and mid-season, this property enjoys excellent tranquility, while in high season, especially in August, the presence of nearby holiday resorts with entertainment may cause some noise (always within the hours permitted by law).
