Sequoia Riverfront House with Private Beach!

Wonderful property, wonderful host. Prompt and accommodating. Will def stay again.

There was a mouse living under the oven in the kitchen, and dozens of mouse droppings. When we brought it to the attention of the host, we only got automated responses at first, then when he finally acknowledged it, he said he would send someone to clean and set mousetraps. He never setup mousetraps, and the mouse appeared the next day and did more droppings in the dining room area. It was disgusting and we lost our appetite to eat. I messaged the host again, and he never acknowledged my messages after that. Very disappointing.

Had an amazing trip with our children and grandkids. The private beach couldn’t have been more perfect for the kids who ranged in age from 6-13. The house was quaint and cozy with and amazing deck to listen to the river and relax in the evening too. Thank you Ben for all the memories.

We loved this place because it's too close to sequoia park, restaurant, ice cream and candy store. Also, we had a great time in the backyard since this one gives you access to the river. I would have give him 5 starts but we lost electricity in the kitchen area after cooking breakfast in our last day. Besides that, our family had a great time.

Property was cleaned and excellent located. Beds are really comfortable. Very spacious and plenty of space for extra beds. Quite location very close to restaurants shops and gas station. Only 15 min drive to entrance of Sequoia National Park. Guest house needs extra heating due to size, we literally slept with the heater in front the bed to sleep well. Kitchen and bathroom was freezing. The main house and guest house needs more blankets we only found 1 comforters and pillows per bed. Needs more cups and glasses, board games. Guest house double door didn’t locked so we safe the door with a desk against the doors because is facing the parking lot. Overall really nice place. The river access is beautiful and private.

Cabin was super nice and clean, loved location next to river and being able to enjoy that. Curtains or blinds in living area would have made stay even better. Overall, highly recommend for families headed to Sequoia.

It was a very short stay but we loved walking in to the ac on and plenty of beds for our group. Home was very clean with a river sitting area in the back that was pretty relaxing after the long drive. I would stay here again for sure

Location is amazing but not worth the price they charged also there are beds broken and outside property not at all clean the way it was shown in pic didn’t seems same way . I felt it’s a okay property outdoor place not at all usable it was very old furniture and cushion didn’t feel Like seating at all

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property overlooking the river. It is located 6 miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park which was ideal. The beds were very comfortable and each member of my family had a lot of space. The house is very roomy with a large kitchen with everything needed to cook. There was also a separate guesthouse which was fully equipped. The highlight of the property is the amazing private beach area which is larger than it looks in the pictures. We spent time sitting outside on the rocks or on the patio furniture listening to the river which was very low like a creek. The word I would choose to describe the feeling was peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Three Rivers and would stay again!

The property is amazing. You have instant access to the creek and a beautiful piece of land to hang out. The air-conditioning however could not keep up with the heat outdoors so we were a bit uncomfortable throughout the stay. Ben, was very responsive however and did his best to make it right.
