This property was beyond perfect. The View was beautiful! I saw a dolphin from the balcony. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the waves & feeling the sea breeze. Short walk to the beach. The house was clean & had everything you need. Check in & out was easy. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful beachfront property with amazing ocean views and direct beach access. The location was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable, and it made our South Padre Island stay truly relaxing and memorable. The host was amazing and very quick to respond, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

This property is spectacular! It’s also massive with every bedroom having a full bathroom and a powder room off the living room. The garage was also a nice feature. The sun deck is right on the beach! Great for coffee in the morning, listening to the waves crash and spectacular sunset views. They also have lots of board games in the house, in the event of inclement weather. The hosts were very communicative and made sure that our stay was 10/10!!

This place was perfect for our trip. It’s step to the beach and near shopping too. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Consider bringing beach table for the beach because the side table on 2 of the beach chairs were broken.

This is such a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is so much room in this comfortable beach-front home. The view of the beach is spectacular! Kely & Suzie are fantastic super hosts and they were always available if we had questions. This was our little dog’s first trip to the beach and she loved it.

The property was easy to find, clean, and has million dollar views of the beach. Communication with the host was fabulous. Check in and out was a breeze! We will definitely be staying here again!

floors really needed a cleaning especially along floor molding. Everything else was great

We booked this property largely because of the advertised “heated private pool,” and unfortunately that ended up being the biggest issue.When we arrived (after check-in time), maintenance was already there working on the pool. The motor was broken, the water was visibly dirty, and it was nowhere near heated. We were told it would be fixed quickly, but after being gone for several hours and returning that evening, nothing had changed.A technician didn’t show up until around 9:30 PM and worked until nearly midnight, and even he stated the initial repair hadn’t been done correctly. Despite running the system overnight, the pool was still cold the next morning and never usable during our stay. The listing stated 79, but both we and the technician measured it in the low 70s. When we raised this, the response we got was dismissive (“it’s not a hot tub”), which didn’t really address the fact that it wasn’t heated at all.There was also a loud, constant beeping noise (like a fire alarm) coming from a neighboring unit that went on for over 24 hours and was clearly audible inside. We were told nothing could be done about it.On top of that, the WiFi instructions were incorrect (we had to follow up just to get access), which didn’t exactly make for a smooth arrival.To be fair, the unit itself was clean and as pictured. But at this price point, having a key amenity not work for the entire stay—along with how it was handled—made this a frustrating and disappointing experience

Location location location! Right on the beach. Beautiful house, unbeatable views, seating for 8 in the dining area, well equipped kitchen, 2 сar private garage, large washer/dryer and 3 1/2 baths, a VERY tiny pool which was still nice to have. Very communicative hosts. Bring your own beach towels and pot holders - we “donated” a dish drying rack (though there is an automatic dishwasher) , no room for a dresser in one of the three bedrooms but other than that NOTHING was lacking here. Loved it and hope to return.

The house was perfect. We loved that the kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor and you get such a great view of the ocean.

This was a great experience. The home is beautiful with the beach just steps away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with our host was great, never had any issues. Can not wait to return.

Location was great- right on the beach

First the positives - great location and very clean. Loved the garage with remote. Well equipped kitchen and awesome views. (Although one of the blinds in living room was broken, obstructing 1/4 of the view). However, our group of 2 couples both experienced very, very uncomfortable mattresses and very old, worn and stained pillows with little to no support. Those mattresses are located in the master bedroom (king) and downstairs (queen) bedroom facing the ocean. Not getting a good nights rest put a real damper on our vacation. Also, the pool was never warm enough to use. And the vent fan in the downstairs bathroom is extremely noisy. We would have expressed our concerns to the host if they had checked on us during our stay. We would love to return to this rental if the mattresses are upgraded.Thank you.

The view from the balcony was awesome. Having the beach right in front of you was excellent! We got to watch the SpaceX rocket launch it was breathtaking. Having the private pool was another plus I just wish it would have been clean it has some sand at the bottom. It lacked maintenance .We will definitely be back.

It was a perfect location super easy beach access. Within walking distance to bars and grills on the beach. House was clean but could use some deep cleaning in spots. Chairs on the top deck would be nice, tall so you can see over the railing. And a couple chairs by the pool would be nice. All there was, was 3 plastice chairs. But overall great stay will go back. Property manager very accessible.

I love the privacy, the spacious rooms how you could see the sunset and sunrise from the balcony of both bedrooms

We had the best time. The house is beatuiful, plenty of room for me and my two children and their partners. You will not regret renting this house. I plan to be back next year and my kids agree.

Very nice home, exactly as described. Owners were very easy to communicate with & responded quickly to maintenance issue. Steep stairs to main living quarters would be the only drawback of this property. Would certainly stay here again

Hosts were great! Easy to contact and responsive. No issues, just questions like Keurig or coffee pot, etc (both!). We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio, beautiful views, sunset behind us so did not need the umbrella. Well appointed condo, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals including crème brûlée (we did bring the ramekins). Plenty of bathrooms, washer and dryer. Garage access! Easy access to the beach! Liked being able to rinse off (people and supplies) when returning from the beach. Pool was nice to have available We’ll book again!

Clean and excellent location.

Right on the beach, very clean, small pool area, bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests, text updates for checking in and checking out helpful, restaurants, shops nearby, fireworks view on balcony, front row sunrise sunset view and lots of great memories during our friend reunion visit.

Brought the family for a weekend get away. This place was amazing! Right on the beach! Great communication from the property owners. Would come back again!!

My best friend and I both turn 60 in March and decided to celebrate with some of our adult children. We picked this lovely home and we were not disappointed. This home is well maintained and is close to everything. And the views are amazing. Our host was amazing and very responsive whenever we had a questions. Highly recommend. property is

The place is bigger than pictures show. The Upstairs Master's Suite has a king bed with plenty of storage, a huge walk-in closet and double vanity sinks and a large shower. There is another half bath near by. The dining table handles 8 people, however the living room couches only handle 4 people but there are dining chairs for 10 people. The back deck table can handle 6 people. Downstairs there are 2 more on suite bedroom. One has a bunk with a twin on the bottom and a single above. The other bedroom has a queen bed that walks out to the small pool. The whole island is small. Everything is less than 5 miles away. This house has a great location with the neighborhood being very clean.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to take a break from everyday life. This property was one of the first to show up, but honestly, I thought it was too good to be true. Therefore, I kept scrolling the app to find other locations. I’m glad we trusted our instincts and chose this location. The property is absolutely gorgeous! It’s right there on the beach, and the view from upstairs and downstairs is amazing. The house has everything we needed, including allowing us access to park our vehicle inside the garage. This property is very large, the rooms are spacious, and it was very clean. Each bedroom (master is upstairs) has a bathroom with a shower. There is also a half bath upstairs located right off the kitchen. I also appreciate the quality of the furnishings…not like some rentals that appear to find the least expensive, uncomfortable furniture. It just made it more enjoyable. I found myself snuggled underneath my blanket enjoying streaming services. Kely, the host, is fantastic! Her response time was always less than 5 minutes, more like two minutes. We even texted her about adjusting the temperature of the pool. Just like that! Done!Before we checked out, we were already looking for future dates to reserve. If you are looking for privacy, comfort, convenience, and great service, this it it!

Check-in was smooth. The 1st thing you'll notice is a Monster flight of stairs to get to the living room, dinning room, kitchen & upstairs bedroom(that was a minus for me). There is a pool that was advertised as heated, it is not! When I contacted the owner, I was told that it doesn't heat when it is 55 degrees or below? Isn't that when a person would want a pool heated, Duh! There were small issues that we informed Kely about, such as the upstair bedroom bathrooms toilet flush handle was sticking and continuously ran if you didn't catch it. The racks in the dishwasher are very rusted, I didn't feel comfortable using it. Both kitchen sinks clogged and backed up when washing dishing by hand. Loveseat is a bit old & a person sinks back in it, hard for a fat guy such as myself to climb back out & up. We had a mishap during our stay, one afternoon the doorbell rang, once, while we were upstairs. By the time I made it to the bottom of the stairs a woman was coming into the condo, when she seen me, she closed the door (it had been locked). I opened and asked if I could help her, she didn't speak very good english and handed me her phone. A man on the phone told me that she was the cleaning lady and was coming to see if there were enough supplies for the next renters? We had 2 days left there, a per-notice via text would have saved my wife & I the scare! (just wrong!) The view is fantastic, The Condo was clean, Kely will text back quickly. We enjoyed the location and the view. We had plenty of room to move around. The stairs were a little steep but it was workable. It had a small pool but we didn't use it because it was a tad cooler than we expected. The kitchen was the perfect size where more than one person could help cook. Thank you!

This is your place for R&R!!! So clean and so spacious. We loved the big deck and the heated pool. Perfect for families or couples. The owners were so detailed in their instructions and very responsive to any questions we had.

It's just my wife, me, and our little Chihuahua, but we love the extra space! Super quiet, literally right on the beach(you walk down steps from the pool and you are on sand!), clean, and smells wonderful! This is our second time at the property and our favorite place to stay in South Padre. It's also right next door to a great gym, coffee place, our favorite restaurants, etc.

The bedroom upstairs is so much colder then the first floor we had sleep in sweat shirts. A thicker bed cover on that bed would have helped . We had to buy a blanket since none in closet. Other than that it was fine. We rented the other end unit and it was the same for bedroom to cold upstairs, but they had warmer bed covers and extra blankets in closet.

The house is exactly, actually, it is better than shown/listed. We loved our stay and would have extended it if it wasn’t already booked. The beach is super clean. Kely is a wonderful host. I loved everything about!

Perfect house with beautiful views and easy, back door beach access. My family and I love vacationing in South Padre at this house. We're already getting ready to book next years trip.
