This is our second year to visit this property. We find it being at this end of the lake being very convenient and the traffic on the lake is really good and easy. I take my grandkids out of the lake for a week each year for the last seven years and when I found this house, it has a boat. It makes a real convenient to be able to go out of lake come back rest have lunch and get back on the lake. That makes a very special vacation. We just had a perfect week here.Ronnie

Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home! Overall, we had a very nice stay and truly appreciated your hospitality. The house was very clean, well-kept, and we could tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable.There were just a couple small things we wanted to mention as feedback for future guests. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, as the mattresses felt very firm. We also learned Sunday evening that the hot tub had recently developed a leak, so unfortunately we weren’t able to fully enjoy it during our stay. On the first day, it also took about two hours to get in touch, which was a little stressful at the time.Other than those minor things, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for your kindness and hospitality. Thank you again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The boat is a huge top amenity. The hosts are very nice and quick to respond which is so important and appreciated. Definitely eat at fishermans wharf and visit falls creek falls. Overall an amazing place for a great relaxing fun time. Thank you.

After dealing with a death of one of my best friends and planning a wedding for my daughter, I was looking forward to a calm and relaxing weekend to experience everything Hot Springs has to offer. I contacted the Host prior to my stay about the ice storm coming, and asked if I could pay more to change weekends or cancel so I could receive 1/2 my payment back, but the Host was adamant that we wait and see what the weather was going to do. The weekend before my stay, a huge ice storm came in. I contacted Host again. He assured me everything was going to be fine. When I get there, the front yard and driveway were covered in ice so of course my car gets stuck. Contacted the host again. He said I’ll send someone over to help. 18 hours later his manager Justin shows up and said he would clear the drive and help me get unstuck. Instead he leaves and tells the host that I refused his help. So I’m stuck with no food or drinks and had to get a tow truck in order to get out. Raymond the host was very rude and kept making up excuses blaming me the whole time. I have videos of the tow truck having a hard time trying to help me because of the ice. Raymond left me in a dangerous situation and out even more money. Had to leave because I shouldn’t have to hire a tow truck every time I wanted to go somewhere. The bed linens had to be washed before I could lay down because they smelled like a wet dog. The tvs wouldn’t work half the time. This was a horrible experience!!!

We had a great stay over fall break with our three boys. They loved all of the activities from the hot tub to the boat and games (pool, foosball, corn hole, and darts)! We enjoyed our time with bonfires on the deck and had plenty of space for everyone. Access to the town and national park at hot springs were also great. Thanks for a fun stay.

Definitely recommend this home. Owners are great with communication and very timely with responding to any questions. Everything was so convenient and the home was very clean and spacious. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little rental. The house is older but has some nice updates and was very clean.The boat it came with was fantastic for some fun on the lake. We enjoyed tubing, cruising and stopping for lakeside dinners. ( we brought a tube, ropes, and child life vest) The boat has all the basics that are required. It is an older boat, but worked great and such a cost savings versus a rental from the marinas. It is a bit of an arduous walk down/up the hill from the house to the dock, so be sure you have everything you need. It wouldn't be suited for someone with mobility issues. I walked down to the bar then through it to use the stairs.

What more is there to say? My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary. House was clean, nicely appointed, and the location on the lake was amazing! We highly recommend staying here and doing some fishing. We caught a ton of fish on the lake, and the boat was great to have at our disposal. Overall, we cannot recommend it enough.

The property was easy to access and clean. However, very small. The bunk beds are located in the livingroom. The bar is down a very steep hill, floor covered in moss, pool table is minature size. The location is not condusive to dock swimming as it's a back cove and very dirty. The boat is worn quite a bit with tears in the seats, the guages didn't work and neither did the prop trim. In the house, the AC didn't work upon arival and the men had to do something to the breakers to get it to work. The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable too. All the towels were located in the masterbath, none in the second bath and the toilet paper was like one ply sandpaper. Only a couple of Kcups were provided. Not enough for everyone to have coffee the first morning. We often stay at VRRO's. This one was disappointing for the money we spent.

I stayed here with my husband and some friends for a relaxing weekend on the lake, and we had the best time! Took the pontoon boat out and enjoyed the lake. The place was fine, nothing special. The grill needed gas, but we still had a great time. Book it!!

The views from the patio and bar were amazing. This place is very cozy I mean put you to sleep cozy ! It was very clean, the location was great, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and not having to be at the top of a mountain or secluded area. This is the place even tho it’s close to all you or your family could need it’s very peaceful. The owner Ray did an amazing job in having all the things at his property that most of us forget will need. Check in was a breeze and let’s not forget the fact his 22 ft pontoon boat is icing on the already great vacation which runs like a champ and just as much set up with all you need to cruise down the lake or even get some fishing in. Even if you’re not an expert boat person this small yacht is easy to handle. We will most certainly be back.

The owner was very responsive and flexible when an issue arose with our original booking and provided us alternate accommodations at no extra cost. Would stay again!

No problems with anything- definitely recommend and I feel sure being on the lake is a blast in the summer - maybe we’ll get to come again sometime during that season - enjoyed the water view just as well this time!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Very clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Great location. Kids loved the hot tub and the hammock. We already are planning a trip for the summer.

Ray was wonderful to come quickly and fix the TVs, it was a DISH problem. However the description fails to say that it is a sterp slope down to boat dock and playroom. Boat was questionable in quality so we ended up not using it. Beautiful bsck porch, we spent several hours there. Big step down in master bedroom to bathroom. Another problem for me. So it was ok and our trip was ok
