Sensational Water Views - Awesome Location @ Walkers Point

Absolutely beautiful location! Quiet and wonderful with all the wildlife at the doorstep (literally!) very much a beach town (closes early and no fuel station) but has a wonderful club and the locals are welcoming! Amazing local produce and even a wonderful little reptile park/zoo in the area (approx 20mins away) would definitely come back! ?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year at the beginning of December our family and friends enjoy a week of fishing and crabbing at Walkers Point. This property overlooks the river and is ideal spot not just for the view but for immediate access to the boat ramp. The property is a no frills option, but it is comfortable, particularly air conditioned, well equipped kitchen,BBQ on the back deck, plenty of fridge and freezer space for fish and crabs and a quiet relaxing environment.

We loved it here! It was perfect for our family of 7. Great location, a large fenced backyard, beautiful views, gorgeous wildlife. Bushwalking, fishing and swimming right at our door step.

Also BBQ had not been cleaned and it looked like never been clean!! Downstairs freezer was very smelly!

Great relaxed and quiet place to stay.Only thing was the floors weren't reall clean. We did a sweep and mop when we got there.

Great location. Plently of room. Overall cleanliness terrible. I expect cleanliness and functionality. No vaccum, gas ignitir in oven didnt work, overall ckeanliness poor, fridge didnt work, red algae intank water which we didnt know about, fly sceens broken and not helpful with sabdlies, flies abs nark flies. I was very disappointed with the accommodation.

Arranged with niece to pick up keys - no paperwork / instructions regarding the home were given by RE.On arrival we noted abundance of gorgeous wildlife . Kangaroos, ducks birds etc. Peaceful surroundings . All downhill from there .... After we discovered there was no water to property. .Walked around home to search on clues to access water to house, then realised there was no town water! We msg mobile number we had from previous correspondence to RE & finally rang at 8.20 pm to inform us a pump could be located in garage -‘ somewhere’! Omg. After running water for 10mins it was still brown & murky. No way could we shower in that let alone use it for cooking. Disgusting & disappointing. Kitchen fridge had a bait smell. To add to charm of property the fluro light in kitchen flickered, light to front veranda not working, air con to bedroom is for show only as the cord doesn’t reach power point. Windows in bedroom don’t stay in position & keep closing. Futon in lounge was from the 60s. No support /poor condition. Cheap, small TV in lounge, dirty windows & old curtains. Bed was uncomfortable. Hence we left as soon as possible- next day. Even though we paid for 3 days - when we handed keys back in morning - no offer of refund from real estate.
