Reviewer Comments: We were delighted to find a house on the beach that could accommodate a smaller group of people (6 of us). We typically find a house that requires a golf cart ride to get to the beach. Semper Fi allowed us to simply walk out the door to the beach. Restaurants were within walking distance as well. Perfect for our family of young adults. Only wish the house had 3 full bathrooms.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Had a great time as a family. Could have used some extra throw blankets for living room. Lots of trucks and boats blocking access and view of the beach. But overall a great week

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay , all in all everything was fine...but we did notice in the kitchen under the baseboard next to refrigerator near sink as well as under the bar area cabinet, there was some type of splatter that needs to be cleaned, not sure what it was but definitely food or drink...there was also a lot of weeds growing up the side of house along the walk way and the step area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The neighbors/locals were SO nice and the shops/restaurants were perfect walking distance. Made us want to move to Grayton! Hope to be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: we had a wonderful stay at temper fi with our family last week. property is in great shape, location could NOT have been any better; house was very clean & management was on top of everything. we needed a bit of a later checkout due to a late flight & they were able to accommodate us. I would totally recommend this property to a friend as well as return myself!
