Stayed Jul 23, 2022We enjoyed our vacation but the house needs a lot of love. Floors, walls, bedding and don’t forget the stove!! All the above needs cleaned and a face lift. Stickers do not help when you are cooking. Don’t know what burner is which. Fridge/freezer started going by the time we left and wooden stairs outside need the nails pounded in.

Stayed Sep 26, 2020Overall, the house was nice and accommodated our group of two families. Plenty of room and kid-friendly, but pictures didn't accurately reflect the wear and tear of the house/furniture/pool. No welcome kit or information upon check-in and very difficult to reach the rental company. Refrigerator began leaking on first night and had to haul all our food to the basement fridge. Rental company came by a day later to offer a small cooler for our use. Views were spectacular. Easy drive to public beach access.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property is worn. Specially, pool needs redone. The rest of the house is worn as well, but a bit expected from being a rental. Overall, I thought the bathrooms were cleaned, but the house needed to be further cleaned once we arrived. Only 3 chairs for outdoor porches. Views were amazing.

Stayed Aug 22, 2020Dirty outdated and nothing like the pictures! The pictures need to be updated the furniture is stained and dirty and looks like when they sweep its under all the furniture! When we checked in the place was filthy didnt even smell clean. Toilet paper on the floors crumbs in the beds food under the beds! Charcoal pits full of old coal and cigarette butts in there also! I asked them to clean them multiple times they said they would but never did. Definitely not worth the money. At least post pictures of the property now not when it was build! Oh and the pool was dirty and had band-aids in it !!

Stayed Jul 18, 2020The house is in need of upgrades. 3rd floor main room was always hot. When using the oven it was worse. Stove is old and burners never worked right. Living room sofa was badly stained, we had to cover it with the extra sheets. The pool is old, had to call maintenance to fix the jets. Location is okay although you have to drive to the ocean. Sound views and sunsets were gorgeous.

Stayed May 30, 2020The sunsets were awesome. The view of the sound was beautiful. Getting to the beaching was a little challenging., but overall we had a great time with out family.
