Awesome house with an even better sound-side beach access. Just about everything you could want has been provided: Fishing Rods, paddle boards, tons of options to spend your time! We spent a lot of time fishing. Overall, this is a great place to take your family.

We have stayed in a few different Florida condos. This one by far was the cleanest, well kept, nicest one. The host was nice and well organized. Everything was clean and well kept. I 100% recommend this condo.

2nd time we have stayed at Semi-Retired and just as amazing as our 1st stay!

This house had the complete setup to fish or just have fun on the beach. Multiple beach access points within a block of the house. The clean white sand beach at the back of the house was unreal and great for kids. The house was pristine and had everything you needed for a trip to relax. The owners were awesome and provided you easy access of communication with them should anything ever be an issue with the home. (Never had an issue and be surprised if an issue ever would arise due to the immaculate state of the house). Overall, it is the perfect family getaway house with included amenities to keep everyone busy.

This is the 3rd Spring Break that we have stayed at this property. The private beach is very peaceful with calm, shallow water. The Gulf is only a 5 or 10 minute walk out the front door. The house is well equipped. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. 3 full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total (King in master, Queen in main floor, and 2 beds in room next to master with 1 double and 1 single). Highly recommend.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Semi-Retired! We had 4 kids and there was no shortage of toys/activities to keep them entertained for hours. Having the beach right out your doorstep was amazing, and the kids loved spotting dolphins, manatees, pelicans, flying fish and hermit crabs along the pier. It was a quick 10-15 min walk to the gulf making it a convenient change of pace to visit the surf and hunt for seashells. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 for a week. It was clean and had everything we needed to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the water toys, beach toys, golf cart, board games, fishing off the pier, etc. Mark was easy to work with and responded to texts right away. We will definitely come back to Navarre Beach and stay at Mark’s house.

This was our second stay and as before everything was amazing! We will stay again and I would highly recommend this house and host!

I can't say enough about this place. It was spotless apon arrival , has everything you could possibly want or need and it is beautiful! The beach is so nice and we fished off the dock everyday. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we have stayed at many up and down the gulf coast. This will be our vacation spot for now on !!!

This is a beautiful property! The house was extremely clean. The host have taken great consideration with all the amenities provided. There was no shortage in activities available. The private bayside beach was amazing. The property is within short walking distance to beautiful ocean side beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to visit again!

This is the best place to stay in the area! The owner is great to communicate with, the house has everything you could need or forget and it is immaculate. The walk out private beach is just perfect. We have stayed here several times and will be back again for sure!

We had never stayed on the bayside and it was amazing, especially with the pier. Dolphins swam under the pier and we saw a manatee too. The house was so comfortable and had so many amenities (paddle boards, kayaks, umbrellas and chairs) that were available for our use. We also rented the golfcart and it was well worth the money, using it to get to and from the beach and fishing pier. We plan to stay in this house in the future!

We stayed here for our family vacation. This place is beautiful and has tons of amenities for everyone. It’s location on the sound and is perfect when there is red flags on the beach or for evening swimming. We would stay here again

Wonderful home on the sound. Very relaxing and less crowded than being on the ocean side but just as beautiful. Had every amenity you could want. We didn’t have to pack a single beach chair, umbrella, etc..

Beach house was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we were looking for all in one package. We used the boat dock all week, and it worked perfectly for our pontoon boat. Owner was very helpful planning the boating trip. Thanks Mark, hope to come back soon!

The only complaint we can make is the weather, which we realize no one can do anything about. Brief multiple thunderstorms made it necessary to get out of and back into the water frequently. The house was wonderful as always (we have stayed there before) and the beach and private pier set up for fishing was perfect. There was something for everyone, even us older people with bad knees with the new elevator.

Amazing property and even better hosts. This property is well stocked, well maintained, and in an amazing location. One of the nicest docks I’ve seen as well and the backyard beach is amazing.

As first-time visitors to Navarre, we were a little unsure what to expect, but Mark ensured our trip was seamless and stress-free from the moment we booked until the day we left. We truly felt right at home and had everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. We loved staying at “Semi Retired”.The owner Mark has thought of everything from plenty of supplies to all the beach gear you would ever need available in the garage. Our family loved fishing off the pier, taking out the kayaks, grilling on the Green Egg and swinging on the porch swing. The golf cart available for rent was top notch and great for going to and from the beach. This was our 6th trip to Navarre Beach and by far our favorite house. Mark is a great host responding quickly to any questions. Thanks for sharing “Semi-Retired’ and we will be back.

Hands down the best vacation rental experience we have ever had! The home was exactly as described, spotless, and in beautiful condition. Communication with the owners was easy and always received rapid replies. The house quite literally had every amenity that you can think of, and some we never would have thought of such as a ring toss setup on the lower level patio. We rented their golf cart during our stay and just like the home it was top of the line, clean, and everything worked! We are already looking at rebooking for next year to bring our adult children with us next time. if you are picky about the home you rent, want an amazing location, expect great communication, and want a stress free experience, this IS THE RENTAL for you.

My sister and two teen daughters stayed here for Springbreak! The listing is very accurate. The home is clean and well stocked. The kids loved the available paddle boards, lounge chairs, ping pong table and so much more. We cooked all our meals in the house and were never lacking in kitchenware. The home and beach was so perfect we hardly left and felt fully relaxed. The technology of the home was an added bonus and gave us a peace of mind. The host was very attentive, easy to get a hold of with questions, and caring. We felt very welcomed! The best vacation home ever! Thank you for a great stay.

We could not have asked for a better place! The calm waters of the private sound beach were perfect and when we wanted to visit the beach, it was a fun short golf cart ride away. Beds comfortable, everything fully stocked. The hosts communicated throughout and have really thought of everything you may need, so grateful they decided to share their home!
