SEMI OCEANFRONT, unobstructed views, private access! HotTub! Completely updated!

We loved this house. Liked the layout, the decor, the location and especially the Jacuzzi! The only thing that was hard on us was the wind from the storm in the front of the house, but nothing could control that. We would definitely try to rent again. Beautifully organized and the cleanest house we have ever rented.

The Million $ View is truly a “home away from home”! The furnishings of this “cottage” are far superior to all the homes I have rented or stayed in thru the years. I do NOT have to: bring quality kitchen items, make up the beds, bring beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), bring towels, etc. This honestly makes the stay so much more enjoyable for the “house mother”. To me, a five star hotel could not be any nicer. To me, when you rent to Million $ View, you're getting the “best of best, beach cottage”!

Million Dollar View lives up to it's name. We enjoyed our week at this well-equipped house, with the COMFIEST couch, plenty of outdoor (and beach) furniture, and a kitchen which even had storage containers! (sometimes, it's the little things...) The 7 of us hung out comfortably indoors, ate almost every meal at the picnic table on the screened-in back porch, and back-and-forthed to the beach all day over the fairly new private staircase over the dunes just across the beach road.

The place was great and very clean. Had everything you needed. The view was great and we enjoyed the front deck.

Fantastic property! The kitchen was well stocked and all beach items needed were provided. The view was great and beach access was easy. We really appreciated the organization and thought given to little details like games and puzzles. Hope to stay here again!

Great stay, great views, great location. All the beach toys you need. We brought a large cooler since there was no outdoor fridge and it all worked out perfectly.

It was a wonderful home and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were right across the street from the beach, with easy access and absolutely beautiful views. We loved our time there and will definitely rebook if we return to Kitty Hawk!

My family really enjoyed this house and the million dollar views it offered. The house was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook and we were so impressed with all the toys, books, puzzles, etc. you have available for the kids. It was also nice to have all the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided. The kids ended up really enjoying the hot tub all week because the water at the beach was full of stinging nettles. The people at Shoreline OBX were also extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

We started staying here in 2015, spending a week every summer. It's a nice house. Always clean and has everything one needs in the kitchen. The view from the porch is beautiful. And it's a simple walk across the street to get to the beach. There are NO houses or anything anywhere close to the house on the beach and it's definitely not crowded at all. The house comes equipped with whatever you need to sit out there: chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids stuff, paddle boards, etc… It also has a pack n play and a toddler chair for inside use. The hot tub is always clean and a nice place to relax on cooler days/evenings. And the living room contains nearly every board game imaginable.

Lovely, updated, functional beach house. Location is absolutely perfect!! Water views, great deck, plenty of chairs and the view is perfect!! Easy beach access and quiet area in Kitty Hawk. Kitchen fully stocked. Mattresses are wonderful!! Owner's cares dearly for the property.

The house was great as always. We love the new walkway but the down side is that it looks so good and better than the others that we kept having renters from the next door houses using it instead of using theirs and it was a bit bothersome every time we looked out the door or went to use it the neighbors was on it. Maybe a sign on the post would help??

This is our 3rd year in a row. Conveniently located across from the beach. There are upgrades every year. They built a staircase to the beach across the sand dune. Well stocked , very clean.

We have stayed here every summer for the past 9-10 years. It's a lovely house. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything one needs, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. My only suggestion is this: if you don't like the rising sun to wake you, bring a set of portable travel blackout curtains. They can be bought from Amazon and are about $25/pair. They use suction cups to adhere to the window and provide great coverage if you don't want to wake up super early. My husband and I use them only at night, removing them when we get up. The house has easy, private beach access. There are so many excellent restaurants, activities, and fun shops in the obx and the house is situated in a perfect location for all of it.
