The second floor offers 4 master bedrooms (king, king, king, pyramid bunk), 2 with direct access to the covered decks. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. The final king master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a large bath with double sink, Jacuzzi tub and large custom tile shower. The expansive great room has comfortable seating around the entertainment center, and there is a powder room nearby. The dining area provides the perfect setting for a relaxed family feast, and the well equipped kitchen, suited for cooking up the catch of the day, has granite countertops and double dishwashers. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
