Stayed Jul 3, 2021The location of this house was great. It was an easy access to the beach, walking distance to a couple restaurants and ice cream, and a quick ride to the grocery store. The beach was wide and one of the best ones we visited during our stay. Plenty of room for our group at the house with an upper deck to view fireworks and the sunsets. The carpets are a little worn and the kitchen appliances have been well loved, but there was plenty of hot water for everyone's showers! We had a issue with the code for the door lock when we arrived and Surf or Sound reality was quick to return my call and fix the issue. There is plenty of space to park multiple cars (as we all came from different parts of the country). And there is a trash/recycling can jeanie that came to put the cans out! Thanks for helping make out vacation so much fun!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021The house was a great fit for our family. It had great views of the ocean, plenty of decks to enjoy the view. It was close enough to the pier for fishing. Neighbors were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and we had fun downstairs playing pool. Great place for a family vacation.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019The place was not super-clean when we arrived, so we left it in better shape when we left. The grill is a park-style grill, not big enough to cook a lot at once. I got stung by bees from a nest in the back stairs - got it taken care of with insect spray. Watch out for all of the cactus hiding in the yard - not a good area for pets or people to walk. The interior feels a bit worn out, which could be changed with a little TLC from the owners (torn bed coverings and blankets, stained carpeting, kitchen sink plumbing needs repair, dirty windows and blinds, etc.)
