This townhome is super clean, comfy, and freshly updated and decorated to provide you a unique experience. It is a family owned vacation home where we would like our guests to experience being at home , cooking own meals, grill your favorite dish in the back yard and enjoy the tranquillity that this neighborhood has to offer. The beach is less than 3 miles away!
The space
Enjoy the easy and safe check-in process with our townhome by receiving a code from our Property Manager before yourcheck in time to just let you and your guests right in- without having to make contact with anyone. Walk on in our place as if it is your own home and enjoy!

Feel free to use the kitchen as your own! We have it fully stocked so cooking or grilling on our outdoor grill should come easy. We have a new washer and dryer so please feel free to use them as well.

Enjoy our new deck in the back of the unit and our front porch looking out to our very own palm tree.

The townhouse has 2 bead rooms each with their own bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 full-size beds and Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The dedicated work desk is located in Bedroom 2 and has access to wired 400 MB/s internet for seamless access to your company’s VPN or to take a Zoom call while enjoying a little R&R.

You can relax in the living room and watch your favorite streaming services on our 50” LCD Smart TV from our comfy couch and loveseat if you need a change from the sounds of the beach. The couch has a sofa bed with a thick memory foam topper for a little extra comfort.

The kitchen is stocked with all needed cookware, utensils, knives, etc to cook or bake to your hearts content. We provide a drip-style coffee maker (with starter coffee), toaster, hot-water kettle for tea, and a waffle iron. There is a dishwasher to take the hassle off of cleaning the kitchen and the very large refrigerator and microwave are brand new.
