The Vintage Round Top has earned hundreds of 5-star reviews across VRBO, Google, and other booking platforms. This 2,400 sq ft Modern Vintage vacation rental was designed with custom light fixtures, reclaimed woods, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds - a peaceful, comfortable, and inspiring space where no detail was overlooked.

Named the Best Place to Stay in Round Top by countless magazines, blogs, and news outlets, including Country Living, Condé Nast Traveler, Texas Monthly, Southern Living, House Beautiful, Modern Farmhouse, and Draper James (Reese Witherspoon), plus features from Emily Henderson and numerous design and coffee table books. The property has hosted many of the country's top interior designers, bloggers, and magazine editors.

Located in Round Top, TX, the Vintage Round Top property sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful country pasture and consists of four cottages: No. 1450, Boho, Eisley, and Pierce.

The Boho Cottage offers two bedrooms, three full baths, and a 900 sq ft great room with vaulted ceilings - including a living room, a dining area seating 8–10, and two additional lounge spaces with twin XL daybeds (perfect for lounging by day, extra sleeping by night). Bespoke finishes throughout feel like a 5-star hotel: handmade Stearns & Foster pillowtop mattresses, soaking tubs, comfy, soft linens and towels, and unique - some one-of-a-kind vintage - bath fixtures.

Each bedroom has its own TV, soaking tub, private patio, zoned AC/heat, and blackout curtains. The custom kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, utensils, and serving pieces, and opens onto a covered wood deck with a Weber gas grill. The dining table seats up to eight, and the living area's two leather couches and armchairs make a perfect spot to enjoy the gas fireplace or watch TV. Behind the living area, a large covered deck offers pasture views and front-row seats to Texas sunsets. The daybed area has its own dedicated full bath. You'll also find plenty of cozy corners to read, nap, or unwind - all set among vintage and antique treasures sourced from Paris, Provence, Amsterdam, and Round Top.

Sleeping arrangements (up to 8 guests max):

· Master Bedroom (king bed) + attached master bath with soaking tub and separate shower

· Guest Bedroom (2 queen beds) with attached full bath, shower, and soaking tub

· Great Room (two daybeds) with dedicated full bath

Our other listings, No. 1450 Cottage (#642257), is attached to Boho by a private hallway with locked doors on each side. There are also two stand-alone Cozy Cottages on the same property - the Pierce (#2263633) and the Eisley (#2263602). Any of these can be booked separately or combined for a larger group or event. Conveniently located on Hwy 237- just one mile from Round Top square, this hip and unique property is walking distance to nine antique shows during the Spring and Fall Round Top Antique Fairs, and a quarter mile from Festival Hill - a 200-acre campus with performance facilities, historic houses, gardens, walking trails, and nature preserves.

Boho Cottage is the perfect retreat for couples, families, honeymooners, business or creative retreats, workshops, and girlfriend getaways - and a sought-after backdrop for commercial, bridal, and blogger photo and video shoots. Please inquire for special commercial usage and pricing.

PLEASE NOTE:
Base rates cover double occupancy (first 2 guests). Additional guests are charged $50/person/night.

Round Top is traditionally a Thur–Sun town, however there are restaurants open Wed and one open every day. Surrounding towns (Brenham, La Grange, Giddings only 20 minutes away) have more options during the week.

Due to the high-end amenities and potential hazards (sharp corners, glass antiques, etc.), the home is best suited for children ages 10+, however, if you have a child under 10, we do offer child waivers.
