Seconds from the Beach, Spaciously Updated, Private Hot Tub, Perfect for Family

Wonderful place full of all the necessities and comfort! We had 3 families staying and it more than accommodated us comfortably. The beach access is so convenient and made for the best memories.

This house is perfect for a big group! Close to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Julie is very responsive and happy to help. We will definitely be coming back!

Tons of space in this home and the master bedroom was a great space to relax, read or watch the weather outside. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of counter space too.

We loved our stay at Julie’s! It had everything we need for a fun trip with 3 couples and young kids. We will be back!

This is our fourth family stay at Julie’s home. We just keep coming back for so many reasons. Julie is a great host, the property is better than described, proximity to the beach, cleanliness, number of beds for a large family, comfortable family spaces to stretch out into, area for the kids to play, super comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, eating spaces for family, and much more. The house was spacious and comfortable

The house is in a wonderful location with plenty of room for a large family. The walk to the beach was very close & we spent a lot of time there. The game room was fun for the kids, young & old. We would have appreciated extra plastic trash bags as we had to buy more to accommodate our needs. Having said that, this house is well stocked with kitchen items, soaps, & bath towels.

Check in was easy, spacious home with room for all (11). Kids space, adult convo space, quiet reading space. Loved the recliner couches, cozy with plenty of room.

Terrific beach house! Just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, quiet location, no traffic, thoroughly enjoyed the ping-pong table as well as the large dining table for games! The kitchen was extremely well stocked as were the bedrooms with plenty of blankets and pillows and towels. I can’t think of anything that we would’ve changed.!

We had everything we needed in this beautiful property where our family of twelve spent four nights and three days. There were perfect bedrooms for everyone and lots of open space for the whole family to be together. We all loved our time there!

This home was so comfortable and inviting. We had 3 generations who completely enjoyed the spacious rooms, excellent kitchen equipment, and downstairs playroom. The beach was easy to access. It was a great location and we hope to go back.

We had a gathering for my Moms 70th birthday of family including many kids 10 and under. This house was perfect for all ages and so spacious. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and the house is both unique but well updated and beautiful. Pictures dont do it justice! The upstairs master bedroom was huge and had great views and spacious bathroom. Everyone seemed to like their beds. The bottom floor had the best game/play room that kept the kids entertained the whole trip. Huttub was clean and relaxing. It was stocked with bedding and cozy blankets throughout the house. 2 sets of washer/dryers and with all of our family, we never ran out of hot water. We loved all of the windows with lots of natural light and the large dining table to fit all of us for large family meals. Julie was great throughout the process. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Julie’s house is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need to have an amazing week at the beach. The kitchen is wellstocked and we all agreed that the beds are all comfortable. We are definitely planning to return. Highly recommend!

This beach house was a perfect stay for me and my family (several adult couples and five young children). The kitchen is awesome and game room was great for the kids. The beach is an easy walk down a path basically across the street. We would definitely come back!

We had such an amazing time here! Location is fantastic, house is well stocked, and plenty of room for everyone. We had 4 children under 5, and they loved the game and toy room. We will definitely save this as a place to stay again in the future!

This property could not have been more perfect for our family reunion celebration. 8 adults,6 kids ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years. There was something for everyone! Plenty of beds for the heads we had—even some extra! The kitchen was well stocked, with a second fridge downstairs. 2 large washing machines and 2 dryers was a very pleasant surprise! This property is so close to the beach that our 3 year old granddaughter could easily walk. We all agreed this was the PERFECT place for us. If the situation presents itself that we be back, we will definitely hope to reserve it!

Perfect family gathering house!

Plenty of room for our 14 member family in this by the ocean beach house. Large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, playroom, hot tub, etc. This was our 3rd year at this favorite location!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time coming down for a surf/coastal long weekend. Julie’s property had great shared spaces and amenities, lovely outdoor options with the hot tub and barbecue, and enough privacy for our group of 5 couples to all have our own spaces to recharge, as well. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach and the beautiful large windows letting natural light into the home - the location was unbelievable!

Our stay was wonderful! The kids had a safe place to ride bikes/scooter, easy access to beach, and lots of room to either play together or separate for individual activities. The adults had space to cook, visit, tele-work, and play cards. Lots of bathrooms made life much easier and more comfortable for all.

The home is even better than the photos. We stayed here with all of our family and it never felt cramped. Everything in the home is such high quality. The bedrooms are all amazing. You can see the ocean from many different areas. This has become our new favorite house on the coast, will definitely be staying here again.

We had two families stay here for part of Spring Break. The house was comfortable with room to spare for all of us. We appreciated how well stocked the house was, and how close to the beach we were. Great place!

This house has it all! Bedrooms are great with bathrooms adjoining, comfortable beds, plenty of extra bedding and nice pillows. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook a nice meal or whip up a quick lunch.The beach walk is about 5 minutes ( and I am not a fast walker!) and the beach is full of treasures.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!Christy and family

We rented the property for the week of Christmas. Everything was perfect. Then mother nature threw a hard wind storm at us Christmas night, and the power went out, and was out for approximately 12 -13 hours. We were preparing to leave and the power came back on.The owner's are extremely helpful, and very nice. The entire family loved staying at this beach house, and we will be back again!

Our family found the home to be everything we needed for a 5 night stay over Thanksgiving. The house is large! Bedrooms are separated and private. Children/teens had a terrific play space on the lower level. Adults were able to cook and watch football on the main level. Kitchen worked well for our large group. I didn't hurt that Rockaway was sunny with little wind for our entire stay. Great spot!

Location to the beach was awesome! Had plenty of space for our entire family and all the amenities!

We loved this house! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, it was located conveniently near the beach (about a two minute walk), and it was big enough for us to not feel like we were on top of each other, even with 14 people. My eighty-year-old mother didn’t like all the steps, but we dealt with it just fine. Rockaway beach is my new favorite city on the Oregon coast, and this was a great place to enjoy it.

The kitchen was very well equipped and we had a good time cooking and eating. Easy access to beach.

Everything about this property was inviting and gave you the sense of home!!! Just a short walk away from the beach that gave you beach front vibes!!! Everyone in our family had a great time from my 8 year old to all the adults! Also George next door was amazing abd very helpful!yeartadults

This was our third trip to Julie’s place in Rockaway. We keep coming back as a family because it accommodates our large family. It has large and separate living areas, a spacious and well stocked kitchen and dining area, and good sized bedrooms for all the families and kids. The home is always clean and they continue to do updates. The proximity to the beach is amazing and it is far enough from the crowds in town that we see very few people on the clean and flat beach. We’ve made this a summer destination for 3 of the past 5 years and we’ll continue to return. Julie is a great host and cares about her guests. Thanks.

This place was great for our annual family trip consisting of 3 children and 9 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including two electric griddles). Julie responded right away to questions. Would definitely rent again!

Lots of space in this house and they had just about everything you need for a great experience including double washer/dryers! Very short walk to the beach. Host had good communication.

access to the beach is good, the location is spot on. Also located to lots of activities around Tillamook, Garibaldi and Rockaway

This is a big house in a small neighborhood community with a very short walk to the beach. The appliances are new and work well, and there were tons of towels, blankets and kitchen utensils. One thing to note is there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and one is a through room to get back upstairs. Another thing to note is the next door neighbors are friends with the owners and help if anything goes wrong. The downside to that is we didn’t feel like we had much privacy or anonymity, as he regularly watching us when we came and went. One time we were asked to be quiet, when it was another home with kids outside playing in the afternoon. This neighborhood watches out and reports back, that’s for sure! Provacy aside, it was great for our group and would recommend this home.

Another wonderful stay at this Rockaway gem! 5 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of dishes and cookware, large refrigerator and another downstairs in a great game room with ping pong table and video games plus little kid toys. Plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cooler for beach trips. Lots of towels and beach towels. And another plus, shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom plus plenty of TP and paper towels…something I appreciate and something that fewer rentals are providing.
