Nicely equipped kitchen and laundry. Very dog friendly property :) Great kids room and hot tub space. Our only negative was the some of the beds were pretty hard and people did not sleep great in those.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a sweet cozy house tucked in the trees. Easy access to the beach and about a mile walk to downtown. The layout is a little funky with one of the queen beds in a loft/hallway. However the kitchen is fully stocked easy to host 9 people for Thanksgiving. The beds were surprising comfortable, even it a bit hard - slept well. The hot tub was in great condition. It is a bit cozy and small, but worked well for our family and inspired a lot of togetherness.

The kitchen and bathrooms are well maintained w/ recent updates. My only complaint is the gas grill needs to be replaced it functions but is several years old and not well maintained.

The property was exactly how it is pictured, clean, all amenities for cooking and living provided. We were there with younger kids and the property was so easy for them, but the layout meant there was privacy and separation so people could sleep and hang out as wanted. The location is fantastic - so close to the beach and yet it feels very private in the trees. Management was helpful and responsive for all our questions. Will definitely come back.
