This house was really wonderful! Perfect location, gorgeous views, It was very well set up for a large group. All of the often overlooked details, enough dishes and silverware, cookware, every kitchen tool and machine you could want or need. They were very friendly and accommodating to our pet needs and late check out too.We had the best time and fell in love with manzanita and this awesome house, thanks so much!

No notes! This property is perfect in every way. Perfectly clean, every amenity you could possibly need, perfect location, and perfect weather (at least when we were there!). We have stayed in many wonderful rental properties over the years, but this is the one we will dream of returning to again and again. One of the best and most relaxing family vacations we have ever had. Special kudos to Renae and her local team for making this place not just impeccably spotless but stocked with everything you could ever need. And an extra thank you for allowing dogs. As dog owners, we make an extra effort to clean up and leave a property better than we left it, and I hope other dog owners show the same courtesy. Thank you for trusting us to do that. Truly a gem, no better spot in Manzanita. Thank you!!!

This place was probably the nicest rental house we have ever stayed at. First, the location was spectacular, with its own private walk to the beach and beautiful views all day. And it's also an easy walk to the main drag in town. Second, the house itself was extremely well kept and cared for, not to mention very up to date and nicely renovated. You can tell the owners are very meticulous and careful with their property. We loved all the beach gear that was provided for us; that made our beach day so much easier. The hot tub up on the deck was great, too, and the cover was easier to get off and on than most I have used. The covered outdoor eating area was so amazing, I just wish we had more of a chance to use it. I think the only down side to this place was having 2 separate living spaces with the locked doors. It made it just slightly annoying going back and forth, especially with our youngest kid who had a hard time using the door codes at first. But this is a very minor detail. We would come back to this place in a heart beat!

Wonderfully appointed home. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals in terms of equipment, dishes, and space. We loved the breezeway/outdoor eating area, and enjoyed dinner in that space nearly every night. It was great for the family to have easy access to the beach as well as town. The lay-out of the home meant for our three generation family get-together, we could spread out and have good spaces for gathering. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Our family spent a wonderful week at this property. It is perfectly located to the beach and also to the town. The house was fully equipped with top notch dishes, drinkware, and kitchen equipment. Linens and towels were also of high quality and plentiful. The owners have also stocked the house with plenty of beach supplies, all clean and in good shape. Really, our family didn't miss a thing to enjoy this beautiful house and the nearby beach. I would highly recommend this property--one of the nicest we've ever rented.

Great location!!

Renae’s home is fantastic and she’s a wonderful host. Her home is so close to town, walks on the beach, beautifully furnished and outfitted to cook. We loved the deck to relax, big dining room table for dinner and board games. I imagine the interior courtyard to be a big hit in summer. We played 9 holes at the golf course and had a blast. Hard to leave and so grateful for our stay.

Our spring break was wonderful! We love Manzanita and have been visiting for years! This beach house is by far our favorite spot we’ve stayed! The location is perfect with a beautiful view! You have a very short walk to the beach and all the amenities in town!

We had a great time here. Beautiful location, easy walk to coffee and a few restaurants, and a very short drive to some nice hiking locations. The kids very much appreciated the Switch in the rear house! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is incredible! The location could not be better! I've never been in such a well-stocked kitchen - it has everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfy and the outdoor dining area is warm and inviting. I'd love to make this house a part of my annual visit to the OR coast.

We had four siblings and their spouses. The house is set up well for a gang. We loved the ability to cook for a group and eat together at the table in the kitchen. It allowed for great conversation and stories. The view and the beach made it a memorable stay!

We’ve rented many homes in Manzanita and this was the best by far. Best location, super clean and every amenity you could possibly think of. We loved our family meals in the outdoor kitchen and the beach access and location.near town can’t be beat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The turf is aweful SMELLING … fake grass for dogs? Horrible idea. We watered it so much but the smell from other dogs linger.. the washing machine is so moldy we didn’t do our laundry there. The Room in which the washer and dryer is in is where children would be playing or watching tv is a dangerous place for fingers… The stairway to the upstairs is very steep hard tile and not friendly for elderly or children or animals. Super super close to the neighbor.. parking is ridiculous to only have two cars for a house that sleeps12. This was the most poorly stocked kitchen. I’ve stayed in today. Water pressure wasn’t great and it was hard to get hot water The stove was ridiculous to figure out definitely not worth $1500 a night.

Perfect house for a family reunion from the two separate houses to the proximity to the beach to the fantastic turf lawn to hang out on to the short walk to town to all of the amenities available to us at the property.

Everything in this home was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped--made making large family dinners easy. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, towels for the beach. The beds were comfy. Overall it was the best vacation home we have ever rented. Location was amazing.
