Second Row, Canal View, Pet Friendly: Your Perfect Beach Getaway!

The best place for a family vacation. This was our second year staying and I have already booked next year. Clean house with everything needed, beach is just accross the street. Our kiddos love it and I do not worry about them going out by themselves. Very clean and family friendly location.

The house was as advertised. We were across the street of the beach access which was nice. Kitchen had what we needed. We brought our sheets and towels, as expected.

Great location. The fenced in area ground level was perfect for our dog when we brought in luggage and groceries. House was light & airy. A perfect place to enjoy early Spring. Beds were very comfortable.

Unit was exactly as described. Easy to communicate with hosts. Check in and out was easy.

Would love to stay here again! Pet friendly - and proximity to shore is an easy walk. Clean home with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and the all-important wine opener. Has hot pads to get things from oven, but plan to bring your own kitchen towels if you prefer that to paper towels. Dish soap was provided as well as hand soap and bath mats for the bathrooms. You will need hand towels and bath towels along with bed linens. If you fill all the bedrooms, the living space may get a LITTLE tight, but you're supposed to be at the beach anyway! Wi-Fi worked just fine. The couch is comfy. And the dining set seats 6-8. If you need a pack-and-play it would really only fit (easily) into the bunk room or the other front bedroom. Any minor criticisms I saw in other reviews didn't apply to us. You can tell the owner cares about suggestions. Want to go back already!

The house was great! We loved the bedrooms, front porch, great kitchen, and outside area! The walk to the beach was fabulous too! We will rent this house again!

The Aloha House was surprisingly even nicer than we had hoped for! Rentals can have very limited pots, pans, and cooking utensils, but not the Aloha house! We cooked and had everything we needed! The beds were very comfy! The house was very clean even though it is a pet friendly rental. The canal view out back after sunset was so peaceful. The hallway bathroom, was a little small, but with three baths, it was not a problem! I loved the outdoor shower! We were also very surprised there were beach chairs for our use! I’ve been coming to Sunset beach for over 40 years and this was only the second time I had an opportunity to be on the second row from the beach! Such a short walk, it was easy to go back if your needed something. This was a girlfriend weekend and it was fabulous! We were blessed with beautiful weather! We can’t wait to do this again!

Great stay! Beach access right across the street, and the board walk to the beach only had a few stairs (some others have several). House has been nicely updated. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home at Sunset Beach. It was a easy access to the beach. The house was very clean and the rooms were nice. We took two small dogs with us and the gated area was great for them.

Perfect location, 2nd row at our favorite beach in NC! Directly across from a beach access! A new fenced in area is perfect if you are bringing a four-legged friend! One of the only homes in the island with a fence. This is our second time renting this house and we plan to rent it again!

Loved the Aloha house!!! Amazingly close to the beach clean! Property manager was extremely responsive!

Stayed here once before and just love the house & location. Needed a house all bedrooms on 1 level…so Aloha was perfect. Love the living room/kitchen all together. The bathrooms are so nice. Love the fenced in yard. (Except for the HUGE rat snake) The only complaint I have is the 3 queen beds need replacing. Would definitely stay here again if the beds are replaced.

Just what we needed- exactly as described - close to the beach - good amenities

Unit cozy beachy. Across street from beach which we used daily. Wifi spotty. No cable but streaming which was also spotty. Brought linens and towels with us. But no paper towel and or trash bags. Brought 2 rolls toilet paper or would have had to buy that also. Businesses in area very friendly. Better golf courses open to public than we experienced in Florida

Great location, with access to the beach a half a block away. Communication was great with host. The house was very clean and a great set up for couples and teens. Completely updated.

We had an amazing time at this beach rental house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the bonus of being just steps from the beach.Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a view of the ocean was pure bliss. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking up our favorite meals.It was the perfect spot for making memories—peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach escape!

Our group met for the weekend to celebrate two birthdays. The place was nice and clean and exactly as described. We had a low country boil one night and the table downstairs was perfect for this. The only thing we found ourselves wishing we had was a fire pit.

This beach house across the street from the beach was exactly as advertised and very clean and cozy! I stayed in the winter and the house was warm and comfortable. The home was well stocked. I will return.

We appreciated the cleanliness, the well-stocked kitchen, the decor, the location, and the fenced-in yard for our pup. As long-time Sunset Beach visitors, this was definitely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed!

Property was absolutely perfect for myself and two friends. Extremely clean with plenty of room. Loved using the grill and eating outside in fenced in yard. Will definitely be planning to stay here on a yearly get away!
