Second Floor Private Pool with BBQ and summer kitchen. One block from the Avenue

My family and I spent a week here at the end of April. The house is in a fabulous location near all of the shops on Atlantic, and is a quick walk or drive to the beach in Delray. There are beautiful beaches all over the area within driving distance and you can pay to park with reasonable rates. I went with my hubby and 7-year old twins. We especially loved the comfy living room, the outdoor pool on the second floor, and the ample laundry machines. Laundry is important on vacation with kiddos!The pool was fabulous to wear out the kids when we were done with the beach. They loved the pool robot and named it Wall-E ;)I would add some advice to add more pots and pans for those of us who like to whip up kitchen magic on vacation.Overall the stay was fabulous, fun, comfortable and relaxing and I would absolutely go back! The owner was responsive and super-nice. I highly recommend!

Great place just steps from Delray’s Atlantic Ave. This is the house to stay at! The private pool is a nice plus. Our host communicated regularly with us leading up to and during the stay. We’d stay here again and again!

Stayed here for 8 nights with my family. Location is great, only a couple of blocks from Atlantic Ave and all the restaurants. There is a restaurant called Dada right around corner that is absolutely wonderful. Home is very well stocked. Pool upstairs on roof is a wonderful addition. Host was very responsive and extremely nice to deal with. Would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay here. The townhouse is very large, which was great for our family of 4, plus our dad. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was a plus. The large primary on the main floor, with the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, gave us a little space apart. The home itself is lovely….nice kitchen, 2 separate living areas and we used the roof top pool everyday! The beds were very comfortable too! The location was fantastic! A very quiet area, yet steps to Atlantic Ave, and tons of restaurants and shops. The beach is just a mile away. We walked one day, and also used the freebie carts to get there (parking at the beach during spring break was difficult), highly recommend downloading the Freebie app to get free rides around Delray. Our host, Jessica, was easy to communicate with and left great instructions for everything. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come back! We were all sad to leave.

This is our second time to stay at this property so that probably says it all! The layout, location and amenities make for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation and we look forward to coming back again and again!

We had never been to Delray Beach and were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to Atlantic Avenue. So many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The home was very comfortable for the four of us. With so much to do, we weren’t home much but our go-to place to relax was the pool area. Jessica was very responsive and answered any and all questions immediately. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was spacious with two living areas, was fully equipped and very comfortable. In addition great outdoor space & pool. Great location & host. We would highly recommend the property & hopefully stay again.
