Welcome to our property nestled in the charming town of Twain Harte, California. Our cozy retreat offers an unforgettable getaway with stunning panoramic views and crisp mountain air.
• Three generously sized bedrooms and two full baths.
• Open-beam cathedral ceilings throughout the house. Rustic charm with modern comforts.
• Kitchen with granite counters and a copper farmhouse sink, equipped with all essentials for culinary adventures. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or a gourmet feast, everything you need is readily available.
• Dining table, perfectly accommodating everyone, while little ones enjoy the provided highchair.
• Cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, comfortable sectional sofa and large windows throughout revealing mountain views, natural light floods the interior.
• A spacious deck, an idyllic spot to savor the fresh mountain air and gather with loved ones, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. Fire up the grill for a BBQ feast, or simply bask in the tranquility of the surroundings.

• Plenty of parking spaces for multiple cars, with enough room for your RV or boat.
• Conveniently located within a short drive to Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino, Chicken Ranch Casino, and downtown Sonora.
• Ask for early check-in or late check-out. We will try to accommodate.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second floor.
Bedroom 1 accommodates up to five guests: twin bed, a bunk bed with a twin top, full bottom, and twin trundle.
Bedroom 2 accommodates up to 3 guests: full and twin beds.
Master suite features its own private balcony, walking closet, a queen bed, and a full bath.
Entertainment options abound with toys for kids, a selection of books, and an array of family-friendly games. Outside, gather around the fire pit in the front yard for cozy evenings under the stars during the cold months.

For winter stays: Check weather conditions prior to the trip, as 4-wheel drive or chains may be required. Winter Access (November–March):
Our cabin is located on a private road not maintained by the county. Guests are responsible for checking weather conditions before travel. We are happy to adjust reservation dates at no extra charge if a winter storm is expected. If guests choose to arrive during a storm, any snow plowing or road clearing needed for access is the guest’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with pets. This rule is not due to a lack of love for animals, but because many people have allergies, and we also want to avoid adding a higher cleaning fee.
A security camera is located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.
