Secluded Wimberley Creekfront Home | Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Hill Country Views

The property is gorgeous and in a wonderful location. Hot tub and all amenities was also great. The problem and in my personal opinion is a big problem is the AC can’t cool the home properly. 4 hours after arriving the AC had went from 75 to 77. I was in contact with the property management company and they came out and used a laser thermometer gun to check the temp of the vents. Told me the AC is working fine and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. By 6 the next morning it had finally cooled down to 70. As the outside temps climbed the house got hot again and we wasn’t able to keep the home cooled properly. I wouldn’t recommend this home in the summer months but I’m sure with it having a wood burning fireplace it is warm in the winter.

Location/Access to the area was great! Very private beautiful house! There were a couple issues: -the bathroom mirror in the smaller bathroom was TOO SMALL. -both beds were awful. The larger room bed was lopsided and older. The bed in the small room was too hard, had cheap mattress pad and old sheets that were pilling. They left white balls on my pjs. If you put higher end beds and bedding in this property it would be PERFECT!

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was some windows had blinds and others didn't. While we loved our stay, I probably wouldn't go back unless the added more blinds.

This was a perfect place for my needs. Clean and cozy with the best back porch and yard. The hot tub hit the spot and I really felt comfortable decompressing in this space. I would undoubtedly stay there again.

Great place to get away and relax! We had a fantastic time, and the backyard is gorgeous. Close to town and easy to get to all the places in Wimberely. The hot tub is great, and it was all around wonderful.

This was a great location. Secluded, surrounded by nature while also close to attractions, popular shops, and restaurants. It provided everything our little family needed for a few days away.

Everything was great – however, due to the ice storm, it was extremely icy and for two senior citizen staying at your place. It would’ve been nice to provide some type of sand or something to get out the front door or the side door.

Lovely deck to enjoy a book. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom (didn’t use the 2nd bedroom). Living room was great space to unwind in.

The hot tub was a good size, clean and easy to operate. Nice deck with rocking chairs and a small table and chairs for morning coffee. Everything was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very pretty!

Great weekend trip. The king bed was very comfortable and the house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the back deck and the hot tub was perfect on a cool night. Close to Wimberley and plenty of space to hang out.

Close to downtown in a lovely secluded area with a creek in the backyard. The interior of the home was clean and beautifully decorated and had a well furnished kitchen, suitable for light cooking tasks. The hot tub on the deck was a welcome addition, very clean and in good working order. Master bed was also very comfortable for sleeping. The only off-putting thing was the water inside the home. Although toilets were clean, the water was so discolored yellow that I thought someone had peed in the toilet and forgot to flush! Water at tap in kitchen also smelled kinda sulfurous, but was very thankful for the additional filtered water faucet next to the kitchen sink.

This home is so lovely! The private back deck overlooking the creek is so relaxing. The creek was dry but we still had a great time. The drive into town is less than 10 minutes. We shopped and had a delicious lunch in town. Clean white linens, fully stocked kitchen, Wi-fi and TV channels, cool A/C, comfy beds, spacious and clean and peaceful. Very enjoyable stay.

It was the perfect, quiet get away my wife and I were needing. And located so close to Wimberley! The views were wonderful so we will be back!

We had a great stay at the property. It was equipped with everything you will need and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around and soaking in a beautiful view on the back porch.

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away to after a rough bout of health issues to rest and recover. The views from the living room/back porch were calming. And the house has a great set up. We liked that it feels separated from the hustle and bustle of town but is close enough to go to the main town area easily.

We loved the place. Only thing that wouldve made it better, wouldbe water in the creek, but thats out of their control. We lived the plsce and will prob be back one day.

The place was very clean, updated and the setting was beautiful. Booking was simple and quick, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Comfortable, Nice Surroundings

The house is very tidy and has large beautiful windows overlooking a small creek. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spots to enjoy the quiet and nature.

My wife and I stayed here over a long weekend, had a blast! Hot tub was perfect and the vibe was incredible, def a five star experience. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and we like the location -- a little in the country! It was private, had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tub each evening. There are so many pretty birds to watch.

Loved this location. Jacuzzi was amazing and the bbq out was perfect . I will deff be back for another trip . Perfect and quiet and so relaxing getaway. I loved this property so much . Bed were comfy and the place was so clean . It algae all the stuff I needed in the kitchen to also cook breakfast.

Really enjoyed this beautiful home with a well thought out floor plan. Full kitchen amenities but no Pod coffee maker fyi. Hot tub was a great feature.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, great location and all information was provided so there wasn't any confusion. It has a hot tub and the water was warm when we put our hands in but it was a very chilly weekend this Thanksgiving so we obviously didn't get in. Sitting on the back deck in the mornings and evenings was very quiet and relaxing. We will be back!

Very clean house, in a relaxing setting! Very peaceful, no noise at all. My son and I slept great in the comfortable king bed, and enjoyed the hot tub. The house provided everything we needed! We enjoyed visiting Wimberly & other surrounding areas. We would definitely like to come stay here again!

Everything about Arroyo was wonderful. Excellence….from the house layout to the decor, the kitchen provisions, the sumptuous bed linens, bathroom amenities, and more. The back porch was so peaceful for morning coffee and evening drinks. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening, too. We did have a little trouble with the Roku TV but management was so helpful and followed up the next day. Their concern was appreciated. All in all, we would recommend Arroyo as a great place to stay while visiting Wimberley, TX.

This gem is such a treat away from the hurry of life. We loved it for the back porch and the spacious back yard. Even though there was little water in the creek, my boys loved to go explore and be adventurous in the back yard. I appreciated the attention to details - everything you needed was there and the little framed notes of dos/don'ts and tips around the house were so helpful. We appreciated that there was even spices to cook with and a well stocked kitchen. One thing to note is that the water is from a well, so it may smell/taste a little different, but they have filtered water on tap at the kitchen sink. I was grateful for that! Lastly, the location is perfect. You are just 5-10 minutes from most places, but you get the luxury of being away from crowds and in the quiet. Great place to unwind and retreat!

Our mom had just passed away and we desperately needed a get away. This place fit the bill. It was the perfect size, and location. We so needed and enjoyed the hot tub. The house was so clean. We plan to make this an annual trip to remember her.

My sister and I needed a quiet slice of the Texas hill country in order to celebrate some “gettin up there” birthdays. That deck was PERFECT!!! Sights, sounds and smells of that part of the country bring back wonderful memories. I was a guest in this same house 12 years ago. It is even better today than it was then.

Was very peaceful, nice backyard, clean comfortable bed. Had a little issue with the hottub but they came & got it cleaned for us. Only thing that would have made it better would have been water in the river.!

Nice quiet place to recharge batteries, well water can be a little rough on the skin. Hot tub was nice and layout of the property. We had a good time there, we will be back.

We had the best quick get away for my husband and I. It was such a great location and the listing is exactly what you get. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Location was perfect, close to everything but also very secluded and private. We had the best time and can’t wait to get back, seriously!

Great space, love the backyard. Was underwhelmed with no coffee/tea available—that’s a hospitality standard. I thought it was really odd that none of the front facing windows had curtains or screens… made me uncomfortable

Nice, quiet spot. Lots of shade, creek would have been better if it was running, but it was August in Texas. Master bedroom, didn’t stay very cool, the rest of the house did.
