Secluded Waterfront Home Located On 82 Private Acres! Close to HH State Park!

Such a beautiful home! It was exactly as pictured! It felt like we were in our own little paradise! We definitely hope to return someday!

Property has great amenities! Only thing I could think to add is a drying rack for dishes! Ha…which is so minor! The towel warmer was a great addition!

This was the perfect size house for my family, check in was okay, would have liked getting in earlier than 4pm seeing how I paid for a full day but only allowed 8 hrs the first day. It was well equipped with all the necessities for my family. The rooms worked well, the only issue were the mattresses, they need to be replaced as they sink in the center of the beds… 2 rooms and 2 of the bunk beds. Fishing was the best part of our stay along with the Hot Tub (needs updating) all systems worked well. Overall, it was a great getaway, my grandkids loved their time!

We loved our stay! Perfect spot to relax after hiking in Hocking Hills State Park. Our family of 5 and our dachshund had plenty of space to spread out in the different living spaces-basement, loft, and main floor. The kids enjoyed all of the board games and Pac-Man! The hot tub was great in the snow, but would love to come back again and enjoy in warmer weather!

We stayed here to celebrate the New Year with some friends. The house was very secluded and sat on a large amount of property, which was great and gave us a lot of privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was easy to use, making cooking an ease. There was also fast Wi-Fi with complimentary TV, which we used to watch football. Greg was very interactive in the chat and ensured that we were always satisfied and was always eager to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here!

Had everything we needed to cook and entertain our family. Loved the different rooms for the kids to enjoy. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the chill vibes of relaxing next to the lake and in the hot tub.

Stay was great! Fire alarm certainly works as I never burnt any of our food but went off every time I cooked.

Loved our stay! Had most of everything we needed there for cooking Fishing right off the deck only caught bluegill but seen good size bass! Kayaks was fun enjoyed the hot tub cooked on the grill also made s’mores at the fire pit played pool, ms Pac-Man grandson had highest score when we left lol played board games. Hiked the rock house and rock bridge.great place to relax and enjoy family time!

Good clean property with an excellent outdoor area. Fantastic for a group of guys who like to fish and sit around the camp fire.

Our stay was wonderful!

Property was beautiful and house was great. We encountered an issue with the air conditioner not being able to keep up with the heat. I wasn't broken, just not big enough to keep the house cool in the peak of summer humidity. Otherwise, the house was great. We communicated with property manager and they send out an HVAC person to check it out. Overall we had a great experience - just very expensive cost for 2 days and not having the Air Conditioner working correctly.

My husband and I, along with our friends, love staying at this property. This is our second year staying here and we plan to come back again next year.

This property was breathtaking. It has a little of everything we could need. Our family of 5 left feeling connected, rested, and renewed.

The property is beautiful. The biggest thing to know is make sure that you have screenshoted the door codes and or the wifi paswword as when you get there you will not have any cell service. Make sure to bring extra garbage bags. We had a large group and was given four garbage bags for the whole weekend to seperate trash and recycling. The the house can sleep 14 and there were only 2 bath towels out (one in each bathroom) we had to message the host and even then they were not able to provide us with an accurate location of the extras, by the way they are in the brown cabinet at the top of the staris. The stove is gas and the nobs are very easily turned when leaning over to clean the stove. Postivies-amazing response from the host when messages were sent, kitchen is stocked with seasonings and spices, beds were comfortable. The game room was awesome and so were the outside amenaties.

We had a great stay here! Beautiful, quiet location and all the amenities necessary for a fun weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, fire pit, boat, and kayak. And the house was beautiful!

This was a wonderful spot for a family getaway. Beautiful grounds, well-appointed kitchen, great TV and internet service. We explored Hocking Hills but spent more time than we planned at the house because it was so much fun!

Excellent communication from the hosts! It was a beautiful, secluded property away from it all with a short enough drive to hiking trails, shops, and dining. The pond was stocked with bass and bluegill, and we saw a variety of wildlife right from the deck. Lots to do inside when its raining and outside when its not. We did puzzles, watched movies, played pool and the Wii, had a bonfire, went fishing, rowed the boat around the pond, and explored the acreage a bit! The inside/outside bluetooth speaker system was a bonus. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed for food prep. We had a great week. The kids and adults all enjoyed it! We are already talking about coming back for a fall trip.

Everything was wonderful. It was so peaceful, serene, fun for dogs to swim! The kitchen has everything you would need ie. spices, cookware, utensils for cooking etc. pro tip: screen shot your access code and WiFi credentials prior to getting too far down the driveway. Once you arrive at house there was no signal unless on WiFi. Thanks!!

A nice peaceful stay in a beautiful location. The getaway for my family was much needed. We arrived So easily by the driving instructions that was given to us. Driving up the gravel drive and seeing our home for the weekend was almost magical. The house is beautiful and everything that was shown in the pictures, it is. I love the seclusion and privacy. It was very clean. The communication was perfect. I highly recommend this home to everyone.

My family and I really enjoyed this place! The pictures were great, but seeing it in person was even better. Plenty of room for the whole family and our fur babies. We felt very comfortable and it was easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen is great to cook in and there’s plenty of counter space. The house was very clean, kudos to the cleaning crew! The property manager, Marianne, is great and responsive. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but if we would have, she would’ve been on it. I would stay here again, and hope to return in the near future.

The house was clean and inviting. Having the upstairs loft was nice. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The hot tub was nice in the evening. The porch was great for fishing. Minnows are the way to go to catch bass!Would return again for a quick trip to Hocking Hills! Thank you for sharing your house.

This is a great property. The house is clean and offers everything you need. The pond is great for fishing. The Hocking Hills state park isnt far so you can do the trails and enjoy Lake Logan. Definitely recommend this place for your next trip!

Nice relaxing home with a beautiful deck overlooking a private pond/lake. Has a row boat, paddle boards, fire pit outside, kids loved all that there was to do at the house so much that we had to drag them out to go hiking. I caught a little blue gill in the pond and it made my sons day he had never seen me actually catch a fish before lol

Beautiful -property—just a little to wet to explore as much as we would have liked to. Would have been helpful to have an idea of the property lines as to not infringe on neighbors. Old Man Cave nice and close. Great home. Everything we needed. Very fun time with close friends.

This is a great place to stay near Hocking Hills. The property was amazing! My kids had a great time exploring the trails, fishing, and boating. It was a fun place to hang out after hiking in Hocking Hills. The house was clean, and the main living room/kitchen was spacious for a large family. I only wished that the beds were more comfortable and that there was better lighting in the bedrooms.

This location is ideal for our cycling retreat. We did 3 50 miles rides 3 days in a row. Then we returned for a barbeque, played some pool, and had a dip in the hot tub!

Came down for a quick Dad’s weekend. Great property, well equipped with amenities for cooking and entertainment. Good communication from host. Close to food hikes.

The process was simple and the owners were incredibly communicative. Beautiful location for a nice quiet or festive getaway, it's up to you!! We will probably stay there again!!

We had a great stay at The Place! The house and property provided everything we needed for our Christmas getaway with family. The only issue is that it could have been a tad cleaner upon check-in. The hosts were awesome with communication and explaining all that we needed to know. My family and I would not hesitate to book this property again. Great house, hiking trails in the hills and awesome amenities!

A few friends and I spent a long weekend at this Hocking Hills home and had a wonderful time! Greg (owner) and Marianne (guest coordinator) were very communicative and helpful with every detail regarding our stay. The property was very clean and had a beautiful pond and scenic view, especially with the fall colors! We appreciated the privacy and peaceful surroundings. We were also very close to HH state park. Highly recommend this home for any visit to Hocking Hills!

Grandchildren had a great time fishing right off the deck many smiles on my 4 year old grandsons first experience catching a fish and my 8 year old catching the biggest fish a large mouth bass. My three granddaughters all caught fish as well.

The house needed some improvements in my opinion. bathroom near the kitchen was dirty, and the toilet tissue was on the floor instead of on the roller. When I picked it up it had a brown substance smeared on it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were small; I went home with a stiff neck and back as a result. The jacuzzi was dirty with sand on the bottom. It couldn't be used. It was very expensive, I could've stayed at the Grand Floridian resort in Walt DIsney World or gone to Mackinac Island in Michigan and stayed at the Grand Hotel for the same price and been more comfortable. I was surprised that there were no TV's in the bedrooms, and if you had to go to the restroom at night if you put the light on, it disturbed the other folks in the other bedrooms. The TV in the loft was useable, but I discovered when I chose a movie, that is the movie I was stuck with for my whole stay; the remote control may need new batteries. My daughter (30 F) said that the decor was early American garage sale and that the house looked like a great spot for young folks to go and party. The equipment available to use if you swam in the lake was substandard and we wouldn't use it.

We had a great time at this property with the entire family, from kids (7, 10), to grandparents, and even our dog! The property itself had plenty of fun for everyone, our kids especially enjoyed fishing off the deck then hop onto the pond on the paddle board. Greg checked in with us often, and the house had everything we need. It was also conveniently located to within 15 min drive of Hocking Hills park and a grocery store. Highly recommend for any families looking in the area!

Greg's property was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! Everyone enjoyed the outdoor deck overlooking the water. There were so many activities for all to enjoy - paddle boarding, fishing, cornhole, sitting by the firepit at night, and much more. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working and Greg kindly sent a new coffee maker via Amazon that was delivered the next day! Amazing memories were made here and we are very grateful.
