My friends and I had an excellent experience at the Livermore tiny house. Vrbo (which handled the booking details and communication) completely dropped the ball on sending updates and messages, but the hosts had provided their phone number and were prompt and helpful in answering text questions, such as the details of checking in and out. The tiny house was exactly as pictured. There was a fully stocked kitchen, a surprisingly roomy bathroom (for a tiny house), two lofted beds, a sitting area with tv, a hot tub with a great view, a small outdoor fire pit (built into a table), and a bbq. Wifi was great. There were extra blankets and a heater. We were entirely comfortable, and charmed by the decor. Finding the house wasn't too difficult in the dark, as there is a small sign pointing the way off the hosts' driveway. We were ~15 minutes from downtown Livermore. I think the external lights are on a timer and go on automatically after dark. We tried to turn them off but this doesn't seem like something a guest can control. Theoretically you can walk around the property but it seems like a working ranch set up and we weren't entirely sure the places we were allowed to go/not sure about moving around with potential cows in the area. In the morning we enjoyed watching rabbits and ground squirrels go about their business, there was a tree frog living between the house and the deck, and one night we heard coyotes yipping. Overall an excellent stay, exactly as advertised.
Enjoyed this second unit at the property to house my 20 year old and their partner for a family get away. It had all the same stuff as the big house, but smaller. The view was amazing.
I traveled solo on this trip visiting the old homeland. Thank you tiny house! Worst weather I could have imagined but the house was so comfortable, warm and cozy. I highly recommend and will definitely return.
Just a great place to getaway, unwind and be away from the city! Bonus, Mom time!! The hosts are very helpful and accommodating as well!!
The tiny home was exactly as advertised. Very cute, efficient, situated perfectly on the side of one of the beautiful hills of the eastern Bay Area. Car of course is necessary but so close to everything I wanted to see. Hamzeh was the perfect host, accessible and discrete. Thanks for the eggs! I would come back. Livermore is the cutest little town a few days I even chose to just stick around “home”.
Every detail was met with a lovey setting. It was very close to our conference and to our surprise the outlets. Set in a quiet country setting, with fresh eggs, a couple of cows, but most of the view was amazing. We had great quiet time for reading also. Loved the tiny house looking forward to coming back.
The tiny Ranch House is an experience that you have to participate in. If you looking for atruly out of the way lace, this is it. I came to Livermore to celebrate a prior education colleague’s 80 th birthdate. I traveled up from Arroyo Grande, where I located after retirement. Quite pleasued with the accomodation.
Didn't really know what to expect from a Tiny Home, but was pleasantly pleased upon arrival. From check-in to check-out, all was hassle free and extremely easy. Would love to return.
Very charming tiny house located in the Livermore hill country. Hiking trails and Horseback riding nearby and many vineyards and wineries just a short drive away. Owners just a phonecall away and very attentive. Downtown Livermore/Pleasanton very charming with many beautiful vintage buildings, boutique shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. ☺️
We loved our stay at the Ranch House in Morgan Territory. If you’ve ever wanted to experience a tiny house, this is the way to go. It had a cozy cabin feel with all the comforts of home. And it was so beautifully decorated with a great eye for detail which brought a lot of warmth to the space. We enjoyed grilling outdoors and cooking with fresh eggs for breakfast, which the owners kindly provided us. After hiking the nature reserve just minutes away, we could relax indoors steaming any movie or show we’d like. The location was incredible! We meet and thanked the pretty chickens and roosters that provided for us. We also met the gentle cows that we could see all the animal from our windows. The surrounding was so quiet and beautiful. We even had the chance to walk the pastures of the ranch. Morgan territory nature preserve and many beautiful ranches made it a splendid backdrop. We even witnessed cowboys as herding their cattle on the glorious rolling hills. Amazing! It was the perfect weekend getaway for my birthday and just a short drive outside the Bay Area. The owners always quickly replied to any question by email or phone. Thank you, Susan & Hamzeh!
