This upscale home situated directly on the beach is true serenity. Start your morning sipping coffee on the panoramic oceanfront porch. Have the beach to yourself in this truly secluded neighborhood. Enjoy a local waterfront eatery or the neighborhood pool. Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset, fire up the grill & enjoy dinner with the sea breeze. THE HOUSE:
This home provides luxury design and qualities throughout. This is a 3 story home where the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the main floor, and another two bedrooms, sunroom and bathroom are upstairs on the 3rd floor. The ground level is an inaccessible garage. All mattresses were brand new in 2026. The living room has an oversized sectional and a floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The TV has YouTube live TV and streaming apps. The kitchen and dining room have a coffee and wine bar.

There is a panoramic sun porch, a fence yard, an outdoor shower, gas grill, dining area, a screened porch with a TV and lounge set.

Linens, towel and beach towels provided, as well as many toiletry amenities to get you started. We also provide beach equipment including: basic beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, cooler and towels.


LOCATION:
The house is situated directly on the beach, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May. Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.

Enjoy the beach with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. You can spot schools of dolphins in the bay almost daily. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks down to the ferry. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand.

Close by a grocery store, coffee shops, wineries, distilleries, mini golf, ice-cream, multiple restaurant options, and the ferry.

Just minutes away from Victorian Cape May city center, restaurants and dining. Close to Beach Plum Farm, Cape May Zoo, Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Convention Center, Wildwood Boardwalk, hiking trails, and award winning Wineries and Breweries in every direction!

The house is directly on the beach, and at the end of a small dead end street. The beach in front of the home, is privately owned by homeowner.

Beach access is the end of the street, on the right of the house when looking at the water.

There are continuous recording cameras on the property, including a RING front door camera.
