Secluded Ocean Front Home

This house worked perfectly for my family! Right on the beach, easy to get to, and so perfectly stocked. We had everything we needed, from lots of spices to lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The pool was wonderful and there was lots of outside seating. The hosts were very responsive, going out of their way to return an item I had left behind. We would be happy to stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay again this year. The weather was much more cooperative. So glad to have the pool, it was used more than we anticipated. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, layout of the house and property, the fenced and gated yard (kept down highway noise) and convenience to outside activities where we biked, hiked and kayaked. Close enough for a day trip to Disney. Great vacation home.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and we certainly enjoyed the beach and pool. Our grandchildren had fun with the games, puzzles and toys. The only downside was that we found the Wi-Fi hook-up physically broken, and it wasn’t repaired while we were there.

We are return guests. The hospitality and communication is always top notch. You’ll never find anywhere more peaceful. We hate leaving every time!

Wonderful property located perfectly on the beach with private beach access. The property is well maintained and the owners are wonderful. The entire family enjoyed the stay.

This beach home was perfect for our family.It is right on the ocean and great for the teenagers in our family who love to fish, watch sea turtles nest. The outdoor pool was perfect for the entire family.

The property and location were excellent. Hardly anyone on the beach we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Grandkids love everything about this place and this was our first time renting a place with a private pool. We all enjoyed it after spending time on the beach.the best things about this place was everyone had their own space and the kitchen was definitely a treat it had everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal and we all took turns each night making fabulous meals. I would highly recommend this place not only for the location but the enjoyment you will get from renting this home. Until next year I think we found our piece of paradise.

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids and their 3 friends. Many things to do if you love the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the beach, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball, boogie boards, turtle watching, and spike ball on the beach. Private, secluded, gorgeous. This was our second stay in this location.

Took my children and grandchildren on a vacation we had an absolutely great time. House was perfect and kids loved beach and pool!! Such wonderful memories!!!

It was wonderful to go to this property and decompress after a hectic week at Disney. We felt so fortunate to be on the beach and also have a pool in the front yard. The grandkids especially loved the pool. On a windy day it was nice that the house blocked the breeze and the kids could play at the pool all day.The kitchen at the house was the best stocked kitchen I've seen! Two sinks, two ovens, two microwaves and a double wide refrigerator! Oh yes a dishwasher, too. No Keurig coffee machine though, but everything else. Having the option to eat indoors or outdoors was nice! Big, solid picnic tables in the front and back porches served a large number of people. It is a lovely house and we're so glad we had the opportunity to experience it.

Loved the seclusion of the beach. Easy driving distance to restaurants. Pool would be great in summer. Kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need. Not much farther to drive to from Orlando compared to Cocoa Beach and no crowds.

It's difficult to accurately describe how wonderful our stay was. The weather was perfect. Our company the best. but the home, wow. Thank you to our host, Alex. The communication up front was timely and clear. Check-in was easy. The home was immaculately clean, inside and around the property. Inside, we were blown away by how well it was furnished. The kayaks were a treat and with several calm days on the water, they were used. The beach was clean and loaded with more shells than we could look through in a day. Zero to complain about and everything to appreciate. This stay created a lifetime of memories. THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful fun stay at the beach house. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a Publix just north up the road. Modern kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs living room was fantastic with great views of the ocean. Wonderful outdoor space with pool and fire pit in a gated front yard. Out back is a large open back yard butting up to the beach from which we enjoyed colorful sun rises each day. Unfortunately weather and wind put a damper on ocean swimming. There are several parks nearby with trails, some within walking distance of the house. Only one member rented a bike for the week from Bob’s in Melbourne Beach. Good experience and service. He used it to explore the area. The property definitely lives up to the listing and the other reviews.

Property was exactly as listed on VRBO. Concur with other reviews that it is a 10/10. Owner very responsive to our inquiries.

Most satisfying vacation ever! We so enjoyed being able spend a week with our children and grandchildren in these spacious and comfortable accommodations. Truly a home away from home. Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach were just a few steps beyond the back yard!

The house has EVERYTHING you need for your extended stay. We had no need to go anywhere else during our stay with the options of using the pool or going to the beach everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Our week at this beautiful home was great. The location right on the ocean was amazing. Quiet neighborhood. Of course if you need something from store that is at least a 20 minute drive but that is the price you pay for secluded. The kitchen has everything you needed and more. We had fabulous weather except for one day and then the puzzles and television were put to good use. I highly recommend this home. Owner was easy to work with.

Everything about your property was amazing. Being able to witness all of the sea turtles was definitely the highlight of our trip.
