Stayed Feb 14, 2025Grateful for the four wheel drive advance notice the weather in town vs the property and ski area vastly different. The snow was magical like a Christmas card until you have to back up the driveway in it. Overall we had a great time we improvised to remove snow with a dustpan as no shovel was to be found. The hot tub was a plus after a day snowboarding.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large group of family and friends couldn't have hoped for a better space to celebrate our son's graduation from Fort Lewis College.It is a very cozy and comfortable classy space, and it was equipped with everything we needed during our long weekend stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our third Thanksgiving in this rental. We love it. The floors are heated, it is cozy, and it is the perfect property on which to take family pictures.. The kids enjoy sledding, the teens loved the hot tub, and the adults just love being able to play games and puzzles around the table. We always make a trip or two into Durango and always buy permits to cut down our Christmas trees. The beds could be more comfortable but other than that, we love it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally stayed in this cabin back in 2020 and absolutely loved it. This time around it was mostly the same, but whoever is in charge of cleaning and maintenance really needs to get their act together.

Spacious.On our last night the hot water stopped working but I called and maintenance was there to fix it within an hour or so! Would definitely stay again!
