Stayed Jun 7, 2024The house is perfect we were there to watch grandson play in Cooperstown. Be careful when going first time as cellphone signal goes out. We got lost first try once there it’s great!! Few things be aware of 1. Washer no dryer 2. No ice maker but ice trays 3. The only down side is no blinds or drapes in bedroom sun comes up around 5:30 am !! Landscaping and interior very nice

Stayed Jun 11, 2023The cleanest and nicest VRBO we have stayed at! The owner has put a lot of love into this rental and it shows. Highly recommend! It’s a gorgeous property and the owner was great to work with. If you don’t mind being away from town (around 20 minutes from Oneonta center) and enjoy being surrounded by nature in a lovely private setting this is the perfect spot.
