House was beautiful and had any number of things to keep us entertained on sunny days or bad weather. The multiple kitchen areas was a big benefit for a large group.

This home had it all. The game room was enjoyed by all the adults and children. There was enough space for four families! They loved watching movies in the home theater. If you got tired from being in the lake, you can just lay out by the pool! We wanted to go back again but the days we wanted were already taken! We went out one night at the Cove and also to the wineries. Mineral did not disappoint. The kids loved being there and they didn’t want our vacation to end. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My childhood friends and I have been doing an annual trip together, with our families, for about five years now. This lake Anna house provided us all of the amenities that we could hope for, with a group of 14, including children ranging from 1 - 13. The sizable kitchen and dining room are great for large groups, and having a living room room upstairs and downstairs also helps create spacious and different environments. The variety of games downstairs is absolutely amazing for adults and children of all ages, and the outside area with the large pool, jacuzzi, dock, and fire pit, are all that you could hope for.My only criticism could be that the layout of the house somewhat suffers from a lack of bathrooms downstairs, with three bedrooms on the lower floor, which can accommodate up to 10 people easily, all sharing one full bathroom.The communication with the management group was fantastic; they were extremely responsive, including check-in and check out. We had a wonderful time, and if I could make one recommendation, I would say absolutely rent up pontoon boat for a couple of days, as the lake is splendid. The renter will need a boat license, or a certification (5ish hrs online), which the boat rental company can explain.

Great house. Everyone had a blast! Pool, hot tub, games, and movie room were perfect. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again.

We gathered five families for a week, and this spot was perfect. The house is very large, and the rooms are very large, so you are able to be together while at the same time having enough space to not feel cramped together. Many gathering spaces both inside and outside. The basement was perfect for a family with kids, all of the games and the movie theater and the popcorn machine, even some arcade games for the adults like Golden Tee. We spent most of our time there or at the pool right out the basement doors, and obviously down at the lake. The dock was well maintained and great for our boat rental and paddle boards. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Bring your own spices and oils etc. It is hard to find a spot everyone for 2 years old to 75 years old likes, but this place hit the mark. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lake Anna is beautiful and all 15 of us enjoyed our stay. Daniel was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants, golf, boat rentals, etc. The house was big enough and the game room, media room and pool were great and used often. Kayaks and canoes were also included and made our stay on the lake even more fun! I would recommend this house for a large party. Definitely rent a pontoon boat.

Our group was well accommodated with the large number of beds and bedrooms. The house was also stocked with lots of basics, such as shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and pots and pans in the kitchen. The massage chair was a nice bonus for the trip. Communication was excellent between us and the host.

12 Family members got together for a week at the lake and had a great time. This house is perfect for a large group, plenty of places to gather and also plenty of places to get away and be alone for a while.

The home is a great size for a large family. The pool and dock at the lake is wonderful! Some issues with ckeaniness and functioning appluances. Owpropertmangef

The home was absolutely amazing and location was perfect!

Great place to do a small retreat. Tons of amenities. Only issue was that previous renters ran out of propane and left the grill a mess. Other than that, great place to host our retreat.
