Just outside the 1st floor living area guests will find an incredible 540 sqft covered deck that wraps the entire backside of the home! Completed with a 110 ceiling fan, oversized outdoor sectional set, dining area & Blackstone grill. Transitioning to the lower level a kitchenette provides guests with a 2nd mini fridge for beverage storage, sink, and best of all, a COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER, capable of producing 50lbs of ice per day! A second living area with TV, Racing simulator & play space for kiddos (or adults) is open for enjoyment. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the lower level and include a Queen, Full and 6 bunk beds split by the full bathroom in between. Additional air mattresses are also available for use by guests.
